River Run Golf Course

Hadn't played here in years,, RR has a nice layout. Today was extremely slow, 5 1/4+ hrs. ( not helped by heavy overnight rains resulting in cart paths only) Marshals on course, their job seemed to be to let us know the pace was slow! Greens just fair shape, appear to still be recovering from aeration a few weeks ago. Fairways in nice shape. Will play here again, just letting you know what present conditions are.

The course was in vey good condition. However, the pace of play was so slow, it made it unenjoyable. We waited 8-10 minutes on every tee box and then teed off and had to wait again to hit to the greens.
When approached by the ranger asking how it was going, we were told "it's resort golf, this is what happens". Wow, that's the response to ridiculous slow play? We have played this course about 4 times and each time, the pace has been slower. Probably will not return. Too bad because it is a nice layout in good condition.

Course was in great shape other than greens were a little slow and some aeration not completely healed but still putt reasonably true. Very friendly staff.

Enjoyed a morning round on a very hot day. Staff was helpful and friendly. This course should be played from at least the gold tees for men. I played from white at starters recommendation and it was too short. Adjusted into round. Nice soft fairways and challenging rough with mounds etc. good place to play as your first round out here on a coast after playing in other conditions.

Nice course, well maintained. Lack of GPS or yardage book an issue, as many shots somewhat blind. Would play again

Value great for get togethers and friends will drive for the savings

The course was in great shape, a lot of tough shots to make. Well maintained, and the Greens rolled true. finished our round in 3 hours and 15 minutes, they definitely didn't overstep tee times. The only downside for two starving guys is that number 9 is not loop back around to the clubhouse, so a hot dog at the turn was out of the question

Course was in very good shape. There were a few soggy areas but considering it had poured the day before, it was in very god shape.

We did not know that the restaurant/snack bar would not be open. However the great condition of the course for Feb far outweighed the lack of beverages.

I always enjoy a return play at River Run, challenging and very nice layout.

Great course that's shielded from winds you'd find at other ocean city courses.

Had a chilly day and a slow foursome in front of us, but the course is in real nice shape. And as challenging as ever. Always recommend this course.

Have been to River Run a number of times, and the conditions are usually good. This time they were excellent. Greens were fast, but true. Fairways were lush. Golf Now price made it all the better, since this is still High Season in OC.

course never looked or played better. the greens were superb. no doubt the best value per dollar and competes with the best five of all courses you can play in ocean city at any price

Got the chance to play one of my favorite Ocean City area courses. Interestingly I was paired with a guy with my same name. The conditions were excellent, the staff very,very friendly,making for an outstanding day. Keep up the good work River Run.

Beautiful course with a great choice of tees for everyone to enjoy. Only complaint was lack of course ranger this day to keep things moving.

This course was in poor condition. After asking before hand about aeration, staff responded it was done, and in good condition. We booked it and showed up to terrible greens, 7 fairways gone, and very little staff. The grill was virtually closed at 11am and this was mid september. We won't be back. I can't believe they were asking $99 for a morning tee time.

Played every course in and around Ocean City Md, this is the most enjoyable of all.
