Located a short distance from the Walt Disney World Resort and Orlando's airport, Hunter's Creek Golf Course offered a challenging game. It was the longest golf course in Florida and has been rated among the top 75 public courses in the U.S. The course winded through stately pines and thirteen lakes. The spacious, rolling fairways and expansive, undulating greens presented interesting challenges on the course. There were also many strategically placed bunkers and water hazards that come into play on almost every hole.

I still like this course..I won’t pay more than $20 at anytime..unfortunately the conditions are not favorable I’m sorry to say..
Horrible conditions
Needs wster, fertilizer, aeration, rolling, top dressing, grass seed, weed killer, fungicide, etc....
Still a fun course needs a lot of TLC!!
Course conditions are very dry right now I hope the rains come soon to fill in the grass for the fairways not overall terrible but sometimes your shots will go right or left based on the fairways or rough under growth. Most of the greens are super hard and very dry they just need some water please. If you can get a cheap round here it's worth it would not pay more than $30.
Not what it used to be.
Course is in really bad shape. Not worth the $30 I paid. I've played here several times and this was by far the worst the course has looked. Too bad.
Terrible Condition
This course used to be in excellent shape. I like the layout but the conditions are probably the worst in Orlando. I play 1-2 times every week and haven’t seen a course this bad. They need to hire a good superintendent and bring the greens and fairways back.
Terrible
From tees to greens the course is in bad shape, too bad b/c it was a challenging course with the traps and bunkers.
It appears the Management and Course Superintendent have given up.
Just awful. Maybe the worst I have played in 40 years. This place has to be getting ready to close. No other reason to have it in such horrible shape. Fairways burnt, diseased greens, Dirt sand traps, weeds everywhere. They do have new tee markers though?? The community of Hunters Creek should be embarrassed for letting this happen.
Terrible course conditions
No grass on fairways
Greens diseased
Bunkers no sand and not maintained
Not so good
I played hunters creek as a fifths course arround Orlando and it was the badest course / dry fairway, greens are so bad
Poor conditions at Hunters Creek
Parched fairways, sand less bunkers with a near concrete base provide the features of the course.
Green were bald, patchy & very poor.
Won’t be back there soon/again
Not worth the money!
The course was in terrible condition the greens are awful fairways are in rough shape can’t believe you charged us this much to play a course that is in such terrible shape! I’ve played this course for years and have never been so disappointed to see it look this bad! You need to take it off your golf now website!
Course condition at rate paid
For the $29 we paid we were very pleased but would not pay regular rate.
The course needs some work. Sand traps had very little sand, greens rolled true but not in great condition, fairways mostly brown.
The layout was very good and pace of play excellent.
The staff were great.
Nice design, terrible upkeep
Design of the course is nice but the upkeep was completely subpar. Concrete sand traps, and a lot of them, brown greens, spotty fairways. Would be fine for a $20 round not a $50 round.
Wonderful layout
Have played this course many years in a row. This is the first time I found the greens crusty and hard. The grass has not grown in for the spring yet, but fairways were still playable. Was disappointed that the beverage cart was only for the morning golfers and the bar was closed before we finished our first 9 holes. Still like the place better than many others in Orlando.
Decent layout, poor conditions
Appears they're not funding the course properly as fairways and greens left a lot to be desired....unfortunate.
Other than the name, the community of Hunter's Creek has no affiliation with the course, and no control over the operation of the course. The course is privately owned and managed accordingly.
