Eldorado

It was a cool Sunday Morning that didn't see too many out on the course. My Wife and I manage to get 18 in without having to wait on any holes to hit. The GM and staff were extremely nice, attentive, and great with advising us about the course since it was our first time playing there. Course conditions were good and didn't have any trouble navigating around. Would come back and play when we are in the area for sure.

Always one of my favorites. Course is always in great shape and the staff are very helpful. Pat the G.M. is the best and is always a great host. I play every year there and always come away with positive experience. The only thing I don't like is the 1st and last hole as I'm getting too old to carry those hazards!!!! LOL

I played on a Monday at 11:30 on the 9TH of October, it was 70 degrees and there were only a handful of golfers on the course. the course was in excellent condition and I played well and had a great time

First timer. Very well taken care of with a mix of tight and open fairways. Challenging hazard locations to make you need to choose your shots wisely. VERY challenging fast greens. Fun, beautiful course.

Although misty and cool, the course conditions were in great shape. Greens were quick, but true. Shot one of my best rounds on the front nine. We (my son and I) partnered up with another 2 some to help with pace of play. It was the start of 3 great days of golf!

Having played the course last year I was anxious to play it again. Played it twice shot 91 and 92. I am a 15 handicap played from the white tees. Very enjoyable.

Staff helpful and friendly. Course was in excellent shape.

Had a great fall round! The layout made it very fun to play along with it being well maintained. Only disappointment was the amount of leaves on the ground but for being late October, my expectations were met.

The course was in great shape. And the staff did everything to accommodate us. (Thanks Greg, the Captain help keep us loose)

I have played The Eldorado before, and every time has been awesome. Everything they are doing, they'really doing right. Can't wait to play there again.

We played this course two days in a row, a Friday and Saturday. There are plenty of places to get into trouble, some holes are tree-lined and tight, lots of forced carries over marsh and water. The greens are huge, 150 foot putts are possible. The greens need to be faster to accommodate the size of the greens. A beautiful course, would be spectacular in the fall. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The club house is spectacular and has great food. I would recommend this course to anyone but the lower handicap players would enjoy it more. The last hole is a killer!!! My only complaint is the pace of play, especially on Saturday... need a ranger to help people play from the correct tees for their skill level.

This is one of the best golf I have played on this year. You need to play this course. Just great

This is a great golf course for the money.Excellant greens,fast & true.Will defiantly play again when I am in the area.

The course is fun, fair and challenging. The greens are soft and fast, very fast, if you fly it in high it will stick but a punch and run is very challenging, the back nine is narrow and has several hole that you will need to hit the ball at least 150 yards over swamp. Over all very fun day with friends, we'll be back.

We have played here several times and it is one of our favorites. Pretty and moderately challenging course that is always in great shape. Staff are great. It helps that we usually play on Hot Deals which are both a good price and less busy times. Love the course.

The Eldorado is one of our favorite courses to play in Michigan. It is a great value especially when GolfNow has it on the Hot Deals. Challenging to play, you need to make sure of you club selection in order to have a good game. To much club and you hit over the green, not enough puts you into the hazards. I should know, did not play my best but had fun.

Always challenging, always in immaculate condition

On my way back from up north to GR, had a great burger in the grill and then enjoyed a quick 9 holes. Perfect Thursday afternoon teed off at 12:45pm and was back in my car headed to GR by 1:44pm. Played as a single, had my phone on listening to radio and was probably the best hour of the week.
Greens were fast compared to what I played earlier in the week and I was told they are normally faster. You really need to play this course once to find out what the greens do as being above the hole is a certain 3 putt. I had 4 of them thru 9 holes, yikes. Good layout and mix of types of holes. Big fairways and big greens and for a golfer like me, was hard to lose a golf ball out there the way the course is routed. Can't wait to come back and try the back 9 or attack the front 9 and score better.
Don't be afraid to walk, I wish I would have cause it wasn't crazy hilly and greens to tees is very easy walks.

This is definitely a course worth checking out. Greens are quick and challenging and the layout is fantastic.
