Rutgers University Golf Course

I’ve been playing this course for quite a few years now. I love the layout and the challenges of the 10th, 12th and 17th most. I was slightly disappointed that some of the greens were a little beat up due to the divots not being repaired. I pride myself on my putting and when your ball jumps around due to these divots it’s frustrating. Won’t stop me from playing there but people need to be told that it’s proper golf edicate.

Course is okay, greens were fair. Rain night before made it slow. Guess they don’t have drains on course.

Called day before was told could ride, didn’t bring my push cart, then they said because of rain night before had to walk and course wasn’t that wet. Staff was rude and short and late to open. Pretty easy course shot 77, i wouldn't return fairways were ehhh, tee boxes were nice and greens were true but just ehhh of a track.

It was 100 degrees. Worst thing would have been to wait. We didn’t do that once. Great pace and great shape.

RUGC was in great condition. 4hr pace of play. No waiting on any hole. Great day to play golf. I’ll definitely be back!!!

I loved it and hope to play here again soon. It is one of the priciest public courses in my community. :(

This is a nice course. It gives some challenging holes, but for the most part the course has a forgiving layout which is great for a beginner like myself. Well maintained and nice pace of play.

Great course, group ahead of us was slow but rangers did a great job speeding things along. I’d gladly play again and again.

Great conditions, 95 degrees...I only wish they had the range and snack bar open.

Played for the first time and surprised how good the conditions are - greens and bunkers were in excellent shape, better than most muni courses. Layout is good for most levels of golfers. Friendly staff and pace was good.
