Awesome Layout
Best layout in the piedmont triad area hands down. Better bring a straight driver. Greens are fast and bumpy but alot of fun will return!
Fun day at the Cardinal !
I have played the course several times in the past and always enjoy the challenge the Cardinal brings to my game. Since the area had some 2 inches of rain the night before we decided to play the white tee and I felt the course played much better. Overall the course was in good shape and the staff was excellent. Very enjoyable day.
Closed
Course closed and I got no notice from Golfnow. Very disappointing

Pete Dye Layout
Fun course layout. Greens still healing from spring punching/treatment, so wait another week. Plus, the fairways have not greened up yet.
Greens.
Please let me know when greens have been aerated. So frustrating when you are excited about playing and then you find out that putting will be a nightmare because of sand and bumps.
Spring golf
Spring golf the course was dormant. The back 9 had 3 holes that had been under water so those fairways were bad. Time of year not a time to play this course. Nice layout not long except for a few holes
Good layout and
Scoreable if you play from the correct tee to your strength. Good layout but fairways were wet and soggy but that’s typical across the entire state due to excessive rainfall these couple of months. The 11 par 3 is “intimidating” but fun. Pro shop guys were very friendly and accommodating. Will be back when the sun kicks in...
First of all it was wet. After that everything else was in great shape. Greens were excellent! I drove from Pinehurst to play. When it dries I will return with friends. The staff was excellent! First class all the way. Course was soaked but so is the entire east coast.
Tough track
Course was great. It is currently wet like else in the state right now. Very tough pete dye track but scorable if play the right tees
