Oak Hollow Golf Course

This is a reasonable, challenging course. My first visit, pace of play moved well. Today I had to cut at 9 holes, estimated of finishing a five half hour round if not more and had work responsibilities that were going to cut it close. The course was lush, recent rains have been kind. The thick was just that, easy to lose a ball unless you just walked up on it. I think this contributed to the slow play, as folks were taking time to look for lost balls.

This course has a great front nine layout but the condition of this course has deteriorated recently. Greens were poorly taken care of and the fairway had more blemishes than ever before. As a side note, don’t expect a fast round here, that has been consistent over the years.

The price was outstanding $35 dollars. Layout of the course was great. Greens were super hairy long needed to be cut and rolled lost a lot of birdie putts that came up short. Any putt more than 20 feet forget it impossible. Once the greens are together that’s the place to play.

Had a great time playing here. The course was in great condition and loved the lake.

Always enjoy Oak Hollow. Rangers and starters are extremely nice to talk with. Recent rains had delayed some of the tee box mowing I'm sure, but no issues really there For the money, an excellent place to play, but again just too many tee times in a short amount of time makes Pace of play just average.

Great course, the staff is super nice and friendly. The course if tough enough but still fun. I’ve played this course a decent amount over the last three years and every year it’s awesome.

This used to be a very well kept course that was probably the best bang for your buck in the area. I was very disappointed this time around. Overgrown tee box's, unkept rough with weeds and high grass throughout. It looked like the course hadn't been mowed in weeks.

You can tell it had benefited from recent rains. Very lush, so much so, lot of thatch once you are off the fairway.

I. have played better tracks, but it was worth the small drive over. The greens in decent shape, fairways too. the tees could use some care, there were a number where bare ground dominated the tee box, they could also be marked a little better. There should also be some system to let you know where groups are ahead of you, many of the holes have blind tee shots where you are unsure where those who went before are. This slows play.
