Course was is as good of condition possible, given the recent weather, Hats oof to the grounds crew !!!! Had a great time with good friends !!!!

Just kidding! I’m a member and we love our course and want you to come experience it too. There is no water that really comes into play on the course. But it still presents challenges.

Golf now app is the worst. Frost delay cause one player to no be able to play and Golfnow refuses to refund because course was open that day just not at the time of our tee time

Booked an online tee time 2:20. Didn’t get out till 2:40 ish. There was some MASSIVE Tournament still going on and it screwed up my outing late start and slow pace. Totally sucked. They shouldn’t sell (tee times). If you can’t play.

The Monroe CC team has always done a good job with keeping this course in top notch condition. But they have managed a dry summer exceptionally well and it shows in the greens and fairways, despite being early falls

Winter golf is fast approaching so the fairways are going dormant, greens rolled like glass. Really enjoyed a 3 1/2 hour round on Sunday morning.

Nice change old style golf course with small fast greens. Will definitely be back

First time playing, greens were firm and very quick. Small, inverted dome shaped greens on the front. Back-side is different but still fun. Good value, down-side is no hotdogs at turn & some green side bunkers had not much sand making for a hardpan lie to a tight pin.

I usually loved to go to Monroe when Nick was here. Always had a great experience and everything was taken care of. Now under this new management, i always run into an issue every time i'm here. Either the range is closed (it's been dry for a while), or random people start off on #10 and hold up play, or such as saturday, they had no carts at all for the afternoon golfers. Apparently they do a scramble earlier in the day, but pace of place was slow, and all of our tee times were pushed back 20-30 minutes. We barely finished before the sun came down. I understand it's a city owned course and the prices are reasonable, but this was just a nightmare for all golfers involved. People trying to steal our carts and tee times and the group in front of us, their cart even died due to the lack of preparation that day. Wont return for a while, the 5.5 hour round and just the overall lack of management is too much to continue to support this course. Hope they can get their act together soon. The course design deserves better.

Just an "OK" track. Tee boxes were trash. Driving range / practice areas were terrible. Overbooked at 8 minutes between groups, so very slow play. Greens are small and would not hold even short wedges. Small greens need to be more receptive. Unless you're a bargain shopping golfer, you can do much better in the area. Won't be back.

It had been 10+ years since I played out there. The course was in great shape. There were a lot of blind shots and I was thankful for the starters advice as well as my playing partners. The driving range is way out of the way so add some time if you plan to hit balls. The front nine was challenging with some tight greens. Lots of danger or OB to the right on first 5 holes. Back nine was more forgiving. Fun layout. Will definitely be back!

I’m town for the Presidents cup and we found this place. Very happy with everything. Course was 2 different nines with lots of elevation. Great fast greens with good course conditions overall. Very happy we found this course
