We found Monroe Country Club through the Golf Now app when we decided last minute to try to find an early tee time to beat the afternoon heat. We were welcomed to the course and given directions and tips from the starter. The course was in great shape (especially for the late August heat). Definitely coming back!!

Worth Seeing if Near Charlotte
Enjoyable day! The course is a tale of two nines - the front is a great Ross routing, something akin to the Pinehurst area, and the back nine is a modern distance grab that was clearly built decades later. Greens ran solidly. Fairways were fine yet some of the tee boxes, cart paths, and rough were in tough shape. Overall a great value on the weekend and definitely worth seeing once if in or around CLT.

Turn
There should be food at turn. The concession stand needs to be open so golfers can grab a little something at turn and also a beverage cart on the course would be awesome. This course is great those are only two things it’s missing
