About
The Links at Brick Landing, a gated community with an 18-hole golf course, is located north of Myrtle Beach in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina and features Atlantic ocean views along the Intracoastal Waterway. Four holes on the back nine are adjacent to Sauce Pan Creek which is a saltwater marsh filled with wildlife. Nos. 1 and 18 sit on the Intracoastal Waterway with the Ocean Isle Beach barrier island serving as a backdrop. The course was sold and received new ownership in 2021 and renovations include new Sunday Ultradwarf Bermuda greens.

First time playing here! The staff was off the chart. Very accommodating, Great layout. Some tuff holes. Beautiful first and finishing hole. Will be back for sure.

Disappointing
The cost should drop due to the conditions of the greens. They are actively working on them but they aren’t in great playing shape. Had a quick play of pace until we were slowed down by five some… on Sunday.
Needs loads of repairs
Actually a nice layout, but it's in horrible shape
Tees were bad fairways indistinguishable from rough
Greens patchy and rough
With a lot of repair and love this could be a nice track
They should be embarrassed to collect full green fees

Needs improvement
When you first get into your cart there sign warns of maintenance and they are working to fix things. Majority of greens were in bad shape, you could see where they had painted the grass, very bumpy, inconsistent roll. There are rocks in the sand traps with most of them being compacted sand. On one hole they are replacing sod so all tees are on a hitting mat. Most fairways were in good condition, course had a few challenging holes with a couple tight fairways. The 2nd hole is super short, under 90yds. Pace of play was a little slow but we also had a foursome in front that was taking there time. Overall the course has a decent layout with some challenging shots, but maintenance is definitely an issue on greens and putting is unpredictable, for the price in the area it needs help I have played other courses in the same price range that have immaculate greens.
Course was underwhelming. Great staff but I wouldn’t say that it’s enough to overcome the condition of the course. We paid $65 through golfnow, it feels like a $20 course. Patchy grass throughout the fairways and greens.

Disappointed
This course was in very very bad condition. I would not recommend this course to anyone that I know everything is burnt and the greens are in sad sad shape. The tee blocks were bare.

Great Value
Course layout is beautiful. 1st snd 18th are on the intercoastal waterway. It has 2 of the toughest par 4's on the Steand. One is a 420 yard and the other is a 444 yard. One or the other is into the wind, which is usually a club or 2, making one of them a true par 5.
Greens are a little thin but they roll well and are fast.

Poorly maintained
It was tough to find grass on most of the course. A couple of fairways were in good shape but greens were furry and ibumpy Didn’t even look like the course had been mowed in areas. Disappointed!

This course was way to difficult for a senior with arthritis
I was not able to play most of the holes due to my arthritis
To much distance from the cart path to the green and to many elevation changes around the greens
Being cold and windy, my arthritis really limited my mobility
