No food options at course on a Friday???? Bring your sandwich, I guess. Nobody on course offering anything either. Good course in the middle of nowhere that looks like they have budgeted no money for necessary amenities.

Could be good but isn’t.
I realize there is a lot of dormancy in the area still in early April but this place was horrifically maintained. Clubhouse was nice and staff was nice. Lunch was decent although service was a tad slow but the Carolinas are more laid back obviosonrhats fine. Myself and my group chose to play on the way to Pinehurst. Big mistake. There was a. Made of grass in any tee box. It looked like a barren West Texas desert track. Super disappointing as the layout is actually good! Never again.

Lake course
The lake course is a great layout. Solid greens, consistent speed and in great shape. Fairways are nice and overall the course is very forge giving with only a few spots of water that are easily avoidable. Lots of bunkers to get you though. Nice oar 3/ with elevated boxes
