Riverbend
Bring your a game. Conditions are great. Everyone that works there is cool. Greens are ultra exceptional.
This course has been cared for extremely well.
Extremely professional job taking care of this course.

Greens ran true and fairways were in great shape as well.

Fun course
Fairways and roughs were in good condition. Sand traps were hard packed. Greens held the approach shot, rolled true, were medium speed.
Best Course In The Area
This course has some amazing greens, very well maintained and by the way it is extremely affordable. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Pace of play is pretty good. The only issue I’ve had is some of the regulars hit off the red tees while I was still on green. The balled landed 3 ft in front of me. Guy said he played there 4 times a week. He should know better. Had other groups hit before they should have. Also seen where someone drove there cart through nearly every bunker on course so sand was piled up in tracks. I enjoy playing here and feel the staff will take these things seriously and stop it. It is an amazing course so if your in Shelby, NC area I recommend checking it out.
Pristine condition
Course in excellent condition all around. Fairways lush and mowed short. Greens very fast pace but roll true. Pins were in VERY challenging positions. Some almost ridiculous. Made for very tough round but very enjoyable
Only wished it was closer to home.
Would play everyday if it was in my backyard. Played course number of times, never been disappointed. Always been in excellent condition. Love it love it love it !!!
Busy Course
The course has very friendly staff, amazing greens and fairways. Pace of play was not fun but it is summer and the weekend so it was kinda expected. Some of the nicest greens around.
Best course around
I play here all the time and love it, worth the 55 minute drive. Anytime I go to another course I find myself asking why didn't I pay 20 dollars less and play a better course, and I end up back at Riverbend.
Riverbend
One of the best courses for your money at summer time !…. Got great fairway grass and the greens are immaculate all the time , i play this course regularly and shoot high 70s to low 80 s all the time and i drive the ball 240 to 250 so even a 200 yard drive will enjoy. The par 3 s are great two longer two shorter but all four are great so go play this course and if you need a partner look me up
NICE GREENS
River Bend is in the best shape overall in many years. The only improverments needed are some rough areas on cart paths and exposed large tree roots. The Greens are in perfect condition.
Great value
$40 with cart morning tee time on a Holiday! Greens were in great shape! Overall course layout is okay but the staff does a great job of maintaining.
