River Bend YMCA Golf Course

They are currently working heavily on the course affecting at least two holes. The first time I played #8 hole was closed, now it's open, but only as a par 3!

The course is very good overall. The greens play extremely fast and it is difficult to hold the greens on several of the holes, but that goes to course difficulty.

I found it very pleasant to play and has some great views.

I highly recommend it!

Fairways and roughs starting to green up. Sand trap sand is minimally deep. Greens held the approach shot, rolled true, medium speed. Several holes were shortened due to crews removing trees and roots with heavy equipment.

There was a long back uo on the first tee, but after we got moving the pace of play was good. Greens were in great shape, and when the grass grows in this spring fairways will be nice as well. A good layout playable for all skill levels. Definately worth the trip.

Fairways and roughs in winter condition. Sand traps had been deep raked and had loose sand. Greens held the approach shot, were medium speed and rolled true. Course was in good winter condition.

One day after a rain storm, the course was still wet in most spots. Fairways and roughs were in winter condition. Sand traps were hard packed. Greens were wet, holding the approach shot well, medium to slow speed., but rolling true.

Golf course has friendly staff And golf courses in that shape

I come from Charlotte about 45 minutes away. The course in good shape. They try to keep the leaves out of the fairways. Greens rolled true and fairly quick compared to other Charlotte courses. Was windy the day I played which made it even more challenging. I would recommend this course wish it was a little closer to my house.

Well maintained course u could play the ball down very nice quick greens driver friendly staff well worth the price
