One day after a rain storm, the course was still wet in most spots. Fairways and roughs were in winter condition. Sand traps were hard packed. Greens were wet, holding the approach shot well, medium to slow speed., but rolling true.

I come from Charlotte about 45 minutes away. The course in good shape. They try to keep the leaves out of the fairways. Greens rolled true and fairly quick compared to other Charlotte courses. Was windy the day I played which made it even more challenging. I would recommend this course wish it was a little closer to my house.

I was recommended this course last Sunday while playing with some random people. My friends and I drove about an hour from Charlotte to check this out. It is an extremely fun course. Honestly, one of the best layouts you’ll ever play. The greens are a 10…absolutely perfect. We played 36 holes…for $65. Can’t barely find a course in Charlotte that is less than $65 for 18. The pace of play was really slow…that was the only negative. I’ll be making the trip back to this course because of the fun/challenging layout and great greens!

Always a great course and the greens roll very well

Riverbend always seems to be in good shape, even when being worked/repaired on. Greens are smooth and roll true. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. One of my favorite courses.

The course was in great shape as always. Best greens around. The only complaint I have is the members are very rude and hit into you. I’ve played here. quite a few times abs it has happened almost every time. We aren’t high handicappers. However. It didn’t matter because the course was crowded so we had to wait on groups in front of us from the start so we couldn’t play any faster. The club pro needs to have a chit chat with his members before someone handles it themselves. We all pay to play just like members and shouldn’t be treated any differently.
