Best Bang For Your Buck
This is by and far the best golf course in the area for the money. Played with my regular foursome on Friday for $29 each. The greens were the best around, rolling 11 on the stimp meter. (I stood there and watched the guy checking the green speed). The fairways haven’t come in yet because we are still in the dormant season. But in a few weeks the fairways should fill in and it will be pristine. We all had a great time!
Absolutely amazing course
This has to be one of the best course I’ve played around charlotte area. Greens were fantastic and very well maintained but very fast as well.
Would come play here again.
Best Greens Around
Got out Sunday afternoon for a round at River Bend. You can search high and low in the area, but you will not find a better set of greens than River Bend has. They are firm, fast, and roll great. One thing I would say, is cut the break you read on them in half. The ball never moves as much as it looks! The rest of the course is just in ok shape. Its still too early in the spring to pass judgement on that. It has not been warm enough yet for the bermuda to be consistent. However, the greens are so outstanding. Its well worth an hour drive to play here with the shape of the greens.

The greens at Riverbend are in better shape than most Country Clubs in our area. Great job Phil and team.

Greens were in excellent shape. Course was wet due to heavy rain a few days earlier. Always enjoy playing there especially with the golf pass discount

Great course
Riverbend is one of the nicer courses around. It was not crowded at all and the pace of play was great. The greens were fast but not too fast. The fairways were rolling pure and it was easy to find your ball in the fairway. Would go here many more times.
Enjoyable course
Fairways and roughs were in good shape. Sand traps were hard packed. Greens held the approach shot, were moderately slow but rolled true.
