Always a gem
Course is always in great shape. Staff always welcoming and friendly. They did start sanding the greens after our round but last time they did it was no issue. Always love playing here.

Riverbend is a steal!
Riverbend is in immaculate condition. Russell rbe superintendent always has riverbend in the best of shape. I love playing this course anytime of year!

Worth the drive
This is a great golf course if you are in the Charlotte area. Well worth the drive for the price and quality. Greens are immaculate and roll. True. Staff was super friendly and let me off as a single before my tee time to get ahead of a big group.

Great course for a good price! They are doing some work on the course, but the course played well!
Fantastic, well kept course.
This was my first time playing here. I am newer to golf, but was immediately and pleasantly surprised at the difference between this golf course and the others I have played. These are the best kept greens I've seen in the area and the fairways are noticeably better as well.
The staff is friendly in the clubhouse and was able to fit my brothers grip on his putter before our round. Will definitely be back.
Nice layout
Fairways and roughs in good condition. Sand traps need deep raked. Greens rolled true, were medium speed, did not hold the approach shot.

Best Value
River Bend is the best value in public golf that you will find. I paid $48 on a Friday morning (I think its 41 Monday thru Thursday and 65 Saturday and Sunday) and I would have been happy paying twice that much for the course I got. River Bend has become known for how good their greens are, and they are some of the best anywhere. But with a little help from mother nature and a wet June, the rest of the course is in terrific shape right now too. Tees, fairways both in great condition. The bunkers had been raked and were in good shape, which is very rare these days. I am lucky to live 10 minutes away and get to play here regularly. The layout is fun, I wouldnt say its anything special, but but its a good challenge for your average golfer, and have fun with holes 8 and 17! LOL. If you can get here to play. Go play here.
Great golf course!
WE like to play this course as many times we have a chance. Great conditions overall. A little slow pace of play.
