Was pleasantly surprised to find that only 6 holes were cart path only after a pounding rainstorm over night.

Course was very playable. Greens were smooth and true despite not having an opportunity for a morning mowing. Had not played for three years but will be back soon! Friendly staff.

Great staff! Nice layout! The greens were nice and soft , not the most difficult course for low handicap players. The bay course of the 27 holes was tougher than the Piper nine. If you want a fast pace course look no further.
