This Robert Trent Jones Sr. design is one of the area’s most venerable venues. The fluid beauty of MetroWest provides for a challenging but playable experience. Wide rolling fairways give all levels of players the opportunity to find the short grass, and the four sets of tees working from 7,051 yards down to the 5,325-yard forward tees make hitting greens in regulation a reasonable endeavor. No push over, though, bunkers seem to anchor every corner on every dogleg and elevation changes of up to 100 feet in some circumstances tug back in the course’s favor.

Metro west
Course was in great shape but the weather was to hot
Disaster with no water
Pretty views and solid layout but no water on the course, no cart person for water or any sort of beverage in a 95 degree day. Also, didn’t provide any insight to greens being under construction
Lacks any sort of amenities besides the bathroom.
Upgrade to coolers and add water to your course before someone doesn’t make it.
Course can be one of the best around, but, again, minor adjustments needed.

The course was in great shape but I didn’t play my best

Charged a fortune for amenities not given and terrible greens
We booked this and were told the buggies had gps - brilliant. We arrived and no gps. The reception man was rude, unhelpful and was very unwelcoming. We were not told that all greens were under repair. This was the most we’ve paid for golf and it was the worst experience. We will not be back

Rain shorted round
Only played 9 holes due to being soaked. Fairways and tee boxes were good. Greens had been recently punched and had no notice of this when tee time was booked.

The course layout is fantastic and overall conditions were very good with only lot the aeration of the greens that was still recovering. I would recommend playing here.

Pace of play
The pace of play was so bad, Took five hours for my twosome to get through.

Course was in pretty good shape, but the tee boxes could use some maintenance. The greens were in rather good shape after aerification. The course is in good shape, but they still have not finished the cart paths which they published that they are working on. ???

Early morning round
We were second group off the tee. The course was very open, which helps my game! The greens had recently been aerated, since it is out of season. That hurt my putting. The grounds were well-maintained and there were a lot of people working around the course, which is always good. I was on vacation, and this course was very similar to a lot of places I play at home. I would definitely come back.

Played a round with UCF friends at Metrowest due to another course reservation being cancelled due to flooding conditions the night before playing. Everyone has a good time and visited the 19th hole for food and drinks afterward.

in good shape
heavy duty aeration on greens might have needed more sand in holes...other than that, course in pretty good shape. A great design that's gone toilet a couple times in the past few years. Hope it stays in good shape and priced reasonably.
