About
This Robert Trent Jones Sr. design is one of the area’s most venerable venues. The fluid beauty of MetroWest provides for a challenging but playable experience. Wide rolling fairways give all levels of players the opportunity to find the short grass, and the four sets of tees working from 7,051 yards down to the 5,325-yard forward tees make hitting greens in regulation a reasonable endeavor. No push over, though, bunkers seem to anchor every corner on every dogleg and elevation changes of up to 100 feet in some circumstances tug back in the course’s favor.

This course has really improved
Witnessing all the improvements made and those in progress, I think the golf course is in a very good track to its full potential. Great location, very friendly staff, it was a very enjoyable experience. Kudos to all those involved in bringing back this awesome course. Thank you!
Best round of my life
Course has an amazing layout and conditions were very good. Definitely recommend
Greens Fees are Ridiculous
If you are going to spend 90 bucks for a round of golf, drive over to Eagle Creek in Lake Nona, or pony up 10 more bucks to play OC National.
Metro is not a 90 course even in prime golf time here in Florida, come on.
I could see paying maybe 50 per round, but until this course is back in its glory and in pristine condition, 90 is ludicrous.
I was first out at 7am.
Pro didn't seem to pleased just went through the motions. Asked about coffee non available.
Bring your own if you go early.
Bag drop attendant was very nice and accommodating.
Course shape not so good.
Fairways were ok at best but off the fairway patchy. Greens were good the only thing good about the course. No GPS for this course.
I did not have a scope with me.
Shooting into greens having to guess yardages as finding sprinkler heads (that were marked) but difficult to find due to grass growth. No 150 poles they did have 150 & 100 yard stone markers if you could find them, once again overgrown with grass.
Do not recommend.
cancha con sectores muy mojados, y otros con falta de agua...bunkers excelentes.. greenes en muy buen estado . en cuanto al precio. el fee era de 58usd, mas tax igual 61.77...pague al reservar 9.27... quedo por pagar en el course 52.5usd. rente equipo, a valor de 49+tax...aprox 52... mas 52.5 deberia haber pagado 105 usd aprox... y me descontaron 117 usd...o sea 12 usd sin justificacion, al parecer.
en todo caso buena experiencia...recomiendo esta cancha...
la gente muy amable..en especial en el restaurant
Not a $70 golf course
No way this is worth the money we paid! The course had bare spots everywhere, the greens were spotty, the golf carts should have been replaced years ago- mine almost died 3 times. We played 5-6 courses throughout our trip to Florida, from Jupiter to the keys, Ft. Myers, Tampa and Orlando- most of which were $30-50 courses. This was the worst of the bunch.
Good Greens
Gtrrns were smooth and very fast. No women’s apparel in pro shop.
