Nice Golf Course played the orange and white 18 holes Never have played the black tho. I will eventually I would recommend this golf course had a Great time.
Good time
As usual, greeted by friendly staff. Course conditions were very good(played black and orange). This is always a fun course to play. Only negative, getting to my back 9(Black) pace of play slowed way down. Otherwise was a very good experience.
Better condition than most
Fairways had grass and most of the tee boxes were in good shape. Greens were good. Much better condition than several other area courses. Other than having to listen to one of the workers in the grill throw a tantrum on another worker, it was great.
Classis
Considering the horrible winter we somehow survived, the black & orange courses are about as good as they could possibly be.
The fairways are filling in & the greens are superb. Also the pace of play was 3 1/2 round!
Always worth the hour + drive from Raleigh for the chance to play this quality golf course.
Keith Hills is a MUST
Keith HIlls is the BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. Keith Hills offers friendly staff and service while offering state of the art practice facilities and player development programs. The course is always in emasculate shape. The fairways are always green and the greens are fast. Hole 15 is the most challenging because it's straight uphill but then hole 16 gives you a break because when you get to the top of the hill you can take our your boom stick from atop and see how far you can crush the drive as it falls back down into the fairway leaving you 80 yards out.
I will probably become a member to this club.
Over Booked!
On this particular day the course was over booked. There was also a tournament ahead of us which eventually caused significant delays. Started on first tee with no wait. Second tee had two groups, third tee had three groups and then the fourth tee had five groups waiting to tee off. Clubhouse did attempt to help by allowing us to move to the White Course however this was also packed with twosomes and several groups of beginner golfers (on a Sunday afternoon)! The attempt to speed up our Round was greatly appreciated however the fact that the course accepted tee times with the tournament on the course was totally ridiculous. Had my buddy not driven over an hour to play we would have asked for a rain check and returned a different day. I play Keith Hills fairly regularly and enjoy each visit however this past Sunday has left “a bad taste in my mouth”.
Keith Hills golf course
Great course....27 holes...great layout. Wonderful experience. Campbell College home course...
Great greens!
As long as these greens are in this good of shape, I will continue to play there, These greens are in GREAT shape! Where else in the Triangle can you spend under $40 and get to play on greens this good??? Continue to fix your ball marks, rake the traps, and play here as long as these great conditions exist.
Better than most
A well kept course that challenges all golfers. The white tees are more than enough for all but the longest hitters. Two good par 5s can make or break your round. Lots of trees and some elevation changes makes for a scenic round
