Springdale Resort

This is a gorgeous course with exceptional views. The course is in fine shape. One is well tested here and one must make good shot selections. I really like this “gem” in the hills.

Overall a great layout the tees and greens are in great shape the fairways and rough are reseeding so very wet.

Played here pre-covid, the overall conditions were better. Probably because of all the rain we've had. The rough was deep and very wet, played in the morning. Was able to get a great discounted rate with cut-off app. Started st 9:15am, played through 2 2-somes and the course was wide open.

How about leveling #15 tee box. It has a significant slope and makes the tee shot a challenge.

Course is celebrating 50 years, perhaps under new management as they are building a new club house. It seems many years of neglect are being overcome as well. There are still drainage and weed problems in the fairways, but the greens are in good shape, large and pretty flat. Old gas carts are not suitable for this terrain, but Look to be due for a rotation. The driving range is great, if not a little remote. Cart staff are friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the layout! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Course was cartpath only on front and 90-degrees on back due to wetness. Conditions were degraded by recent rains such that front greens were only partially mowed and fairways appeared to not have been mowed in 5-6 days; a couple fairways were virtually unplayable due to standing water. Would love to play again in dry conditions.

I really enjoyed my round today. From arriving and getting met by the bag drop staff to check in the staff was great. Clubhouse area is under some construction it seemed. Lady inside pro shop said they were working on a major renovation. So that was understandable. Course conditions were good. Tee boxes excellent shape. Fairways nice and full. Greens had a little sand on them but nothing major. Scenery is top notch. Course layout is good but nothing amazing. I will definitely come back and play again. Especially after they finish renovations. After that course would probably receive 5 stars.

Even on a wet day this course did not disappoint. Excellent course.

New owners continue to uncover this gem. I hadn’t played here in 2 years and they were making positive changes to areas of property in need. Great deal on Golfnow.

The greens are very good, the layout of the course and views are spectacular. Fairways are nice with some a bit weedy but certainly not a big issue. The new owners are making it into a first class course. Good value for the money.

I like the mountain parts of the course the best. Always enjoyable to play.
