Great layout & friendly staff
The Ridge is in excellent condition from tee to green!!! The staff was helpful and very accommodating & friendly!!!
Riding at the Ridge
The course was in great shape. The weather was quite enjoyable with a little bit of a breeze. The pace and spacing between tee times on the course was perfect. You couldn't ask for a better day of golf. I always enjoy this course and will continue to come back. This course is in Placer County so there were no COVID-19 precautions in place that I visibly saw. The flags were up and you could pull them out of the cup, the cups in the tee were normal, you could use and pick up the rakes when in the sand, you could use the ball washers, and I didn't see anyone with a mask on. It just seemed odd. Golf though couldn't have been better.

I played The Ridge for the first time. Great layout and design. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Course condition was excellent. Had an outstanding experience. I broke 80 and played very well. An outstanding experience. 5-Stars.

5.5 hour round
This is one of the best courses around. However a 5.5 hour pace just takes the enjoyment out of the round. Not a single marshal on the course—If they can mitigate this problem, 5 stars all around!

around. Course is beautiful, challenging, and fun. One of my favorite go to golf courses to take golf buddies. Great driving range , putting greens, and restaurant. If I lived in Auburn would join as member here. Great people and service too.
Fabulous Golf Course - Robert Trent Jones Jr. Design
What a fabulous, challenging, and fun golf course. A Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course, this was my first time playing there from the "Blue" tees. I played well and shot a 78. Couldn't be happier. The golf course is in excellent condition. I was a wonderful day. The setting is beautiful and the course has difficult putting greens with a lot of slope. A fair golf course. No gimmicks and no blind shots.

Great Saturday golf
The course was in fabulous condition. We had a great rate. We enjoyed a beer on the patio later and it was great only thing is my putting could’ve been better… It’s a challenging course will be back

Play this course!
This is a great course that is in fantastic condition. They are serious about course maintenance. Tee boxes, fairways, sand traps, and greens are in fantastic shape. The course is challenging and fun. My wife and I play here several times a week and it is still challenging and fun. The staff lead by Sean is great and friendly. Off-course amenities are very good. Play this course, you will not be disappointed!
