You must play this course
This course offers a challenging layout in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. It is in great condition and ready to be challenged by your golf game. The greens are medium fast and true, and the fairways are in great shape. I will be back soon to play this course again.
The Ridge
Played the Ridge last week. Love the course . Make Reservation Right away , although it’s little hasty today ( due to the wild fire close by ) but, we all had fun . The course is in great condition ( would like the green little faster) and the Pace also perfect. . Ps the beverage girl she’s pretty and friendly

The ridge
Course was immaculate, staff is always friendly. Cart women were entertaining and kind. Greens are extremely difficult to read for beginners and those unfamiliar with the course. Tight fairways and multiple hazards.overall top 5 course in the Sacramento region

Change of pace
A great place to play having elevation changes and water that comes into play on several holes. Worth your trip there

A challenging but fair course
I've played this course many times, and it never disappoints. Always in good to great condition, greens are fast and in good condition. Same with fairways, always in good shape, with very few bare or muddy spots.
Accuracy off the tee is extremely important, there are plenty of trees lining the fairways which will require punching out if you go off line. The good thing is that the ball can usually be found, unless you really go offline.

Great morning of golf
Had a great time playing early morning golf. I was the first one out at 6:30 and finished in less than 3 hours. Good layout and beautiful greens.

Beautiful but Difficult Course in the Sierra Foothills
A scenic, difficult course in beautiful shape. Lots of bunkers. Course play is typically reasonable, until you hit fivesome, which is never a good situation.

Great shape
I don’t live in the area anymore but live this track... great layout Ian’s course conditions were excellent. Pace of play was perfect we never stopped from the first tee. Can’t wait to visit again when I’m in town.

First time at Auburn course
The staff was quite friendly but not very informative. No starter or Marshall but there is a beverage cart. Signage everywhere for Covid and social distancing. Pace of play was slow. There was a group 3 holes behind. Greens are large and undulating. Fairways are wide and tricky. Nice carts but not cleaned and sanitized. Very nice clubhouse with good food and service.
