The Ridge Golf Course & Events Center

The course has some challenging holes. There are narrow fairways, blind doglegs, rock ravines, water ball eaters, and rolling greens that are a hard read. Overall the course was fun to play. I would go back...especially with the great price I received through "Golf now"

We had a great time, started on time and enjoyed it very much.
Will diffidently play again

The par-3's are the most interesting holes, while the par-5 tee shots are also fun (mostly downhill with good views).
The fairways are in nice shape.
The new GPS carts are helpful.
The greens were aerated and sanded, which made for ugly putting, but when I have played it previously, the greens were in good condition.
Pace of play is usually 4.5 hours, mid-week.

Play the tee boxes appropriate to your handicap as this course will test every part of your game. Great conditioning, fairly quick undulating greens.

The Ridge was in good condition. Greens were fast and dry and challenging. Great course that I'd definitely come out and play again.

A course that will challenge any level of golfer from various tees. Need to play a few times to understand the best attack from the tees. Greens can be very demanding depending upon pin placement. Overall a somewhat frustrating but fun outing if you don't take your first outing there too seriously.

Played 3-2-13. The course is in great shape especially considering the time of year. The greens are fast and true. Some may think the greens are unfair because of the speed and undulations but they are consistent. The greens are scheduled to be aerated soon so if you enjoy fast greens I would suggest getting out there. Due to the mild winter the fairways and rough are in great shape going into spring. I have played this course about 6 times a year for more than a decade and this is the best I have seen it after winter.

I've played here a lot since it opened and it rarely has slow play due to relatively high non discounted green fees. The course is a little rough right now which is to be expected coming out of the winter season but they take good care of it so it will green up nicely in the spring weather.
Lots of trees, sloping greens and fairways make it difficult based on the days pin placement. You can see why the LPGA had events in the past here.

I try and play this course every six weeks or so because it is a challenging but fair set up. The overall maintenance was very good for this time of year. The greens rolled nicely and the fairways were dry. The bunkers needed some attention, a lot of rocks and stones. Played in just over 4 hours. The starter was very pleasant and encouraging. I will be back soon. Price was very good on Golfnow. I would recommend this course.

We had a very nice afternoon very interesting course

No club cleaners on carts. Computer on cart caused the cart to stop on the cart path on #11. Had to back up and in the process of turning around I got stuck in the mud where someone else had been stuck. Had to push and pull the cart and eventually back up the cart path. Injured my back due to manhandling the cart. The price I paid was good but the course is overpriced at regular rates.
Miss a fairway and the rocks under the dirt will tear up your clubs.

Right now the course is in very good shape. The greens are perfect, but be prepared for a uphill battle. The narrow fairways and punishing rough give new meaning to "keep it in the short grass". A really great course. Keep an eye out for rattlesnakes and blue birds.

Great golf course always a challenge and fun to play with beautiful holes. A lot of sand traps deep ones bring your sand game the greens were in excellent condition. The greens have bowls and you can hit above the hole and it rolls back down to the hole so much fun! We love this course but be ready to play in 4 1/2 to 5 hours most the time as many golfers go looking for their golf ball. The staff is always friendly and helpful love this course!

Have The Ridge many times, but not within the last 2-3 years. Course was a little wet, it's not a good drainer in the winter. Carts not allowed on fairways on a couple of holes.

Greens were very fast, particularly on downhill putts.

A very well-maintained and challenging course with trees and water in play. The greens are large with many undulations. Your approach shot must be left below the hole or you will be testing your putting abilities to avoid the dreaded three putt.

Coures was in exceptional shape. Greens were very fast tournament speep which made it challenging. Pin placement was very difficult especially hole number 1. lot of elevated greens with beautiful scenery. OB was easy to find your balls unless you went creekside.. Fairly wide fairways with a few exceptions important to study then layout of the course if you plan on shootin a good round... If i was a local i would definantly consider joining as a member dont think you can get tired of this course..

Well maintained course was quite challenging but fair. Pin placements in undulaitng and sloping greens we particularly difficult, but made for fun challenge. However, play was backed requiring waits on each tee until late into day when some golfers in front of us quit. Despite 12:35 tee time uable to finish final hole due to darkness.
