Eagle Chase Golf Club

Course was in great shape, staff as always friendly and used golfnow for a great deal. If you are looking for a challenge and a course with great greens, its right there in Marshville. Thanks for a great experience!!

The course was awesome. A lot of hills and greens were excellent. That was my first time playing on diamond zoysia greens but no complaints. I found myself taking pictures on the front nine a lot where the back nine for me was more difficult.

Overall best bang for the buck. Great course (very well maintained) and the greens were very fast with very few divots. Only complaint was the group ahead of us very slow almost two holes behind the group ahead of them. There was no marshal riding around to regulate "pace of play" or "golf etiquette".

I've never been disappointed after a round at Eagle Chase. Greens are immaculate. Course is always in great shape.

The staff was unfriendly and there was no pace of play for a holiday. There were 5 groups on the same hole at one time.

This is by far the best course for the value in the greater Charlotte area that I've played and one of my favorite courses overall. For the quality and price it absolutely cannot be beaten. I live in South Charlotte so it takes me about an hour to get there, but the trip is entirely worth it. I am always impressed by how amazing this course looks. Tons of elevation changes, picturesque views, and the greens are always immaculate. It's not an easy course, but will reward good shots. This course is in the middle of nowhere on an enormous property and there are no houses at all, so it's a fantastic escape away from everything. Staff has always been very welcoming and helpful, and the pace of play is so good it can feel like you're the only group on the course even on a Saturday afternoon. Look out for #11 as it's a true risk/reward par 5. I can't say enough good things about this course - just make the drive and go play it!

Unless someone has told you about this course or you live close you probably don't know about it. I drove a little over an hour to get here and it was well worth it. Greens were in great shape and I thought it was a nice layout. I'm originally from WV and the hills on this course made me feel I was back home playing. If you hit the ball in the center of the fairway you can score on this course, but if you start hitting the sides of the fairway you can get some interesting bounces. If you like hills and elevation changes this is a must play. Also very reasonable cost.

Haven't been to Eagle Chase in a couple of years. It was in great shape. The greens were really in very good shape. The course is tree lined with a lot of elevation changes. Because of the elevation changes and the layout I think that it is a very challenging round of golf.

This is truly a hidden gem, great course that is kept in perfect condition. If it was closer to the Charlotte area, would play it as often as I could. Well worth the drive, and would recommend playing this course if you get a chance.

Course was challenging but fair. Pace of play was a little slow as there was no ranger to monitor. Course was in great shape and I can't wait to get back out, but the distance from Charlotte may make that a while. Would highly recommend anyone nearby play this course.
