Greens were in BAD Shape
For such a highly reviewed course, the conditions of the greens were a huge letdown. They were in poor condition, they seem to have some type of disease. One green had chunks of turf missing. They start to get a lot better towards the back 9. But a great historic layout nonetheless. Fun to play but highly misleading by the reviews. Expected better from this course.
Greenwood Country Club I’ll be back!
Enjoyed playing at the Greenwood Country Club! The course was in good condition considering the time of year. The staff at the course was nice and friendly. It was a great start to the 2023 golfing season. I’ll definitely be back to play this terrific course again.
Very challenging golf course. Very good design and layouts. Very welcoming staffed too!
Nice course
This course is always in great condition. The only problem with it is the over water it near the greens, you will not roll onto the green if you hit it short.
Nice course check in people don’t not seem too happy to be there. Otherwise perfect.
Greenwood country club
Great course, very well kept. I always enjoy myself, no matter how well my golf game is that day.
Great traditional style golf course
Greenwood CC is a hidden gem near center of town. There are mature trees that look beautiful and some that affect on-course choices where strategy matters. There are some houses on the course but not obtrusive or placed in a way that changes the beauty of the corse. You can get ice water at hole 1 and 10, but that’s about it while on the course. They do have a driving range and putting green to warm up before t-off. All that said, the intent of this review is to leave you with the impression that it’s a beautiful old style course that is a joy to play. Get here if you can!

We like this course very much for the quality of the course and the layout that is challenging but fair. Not so busy in morning and always a good pace. We will come back even it is about a hour drive thanks.
Very Nice
Everything was in perfect shape and the course itself is great. This club has no funky holes everything is strait forward and pure. Always recommend.
