About
Architect Dennis Griffiths designed this track as a finesse course. He did not produce the typical beach layout when he created this 18-hole design, built in 1988. It has narrow bermudagrass fairways and large bentgrass greens and is bordered on the east by the Intracoastal Waterway.
Holes No. 1 through 15 are short, and the course lulls you up to this point. Then, the last three holes are uncharacteristically difficult.The course is mostly flat, with occasional uneven lies. Some tree-lined fairways have doglegs. The course is always fun to play and an especially fun round of golf for couples.

Friendly Staff & Course
First time playing this course. Would recommend it. Friendly staff and not overly difficult course.
Solid course
Solid course with several fairly tight holes requiring accuracy off the tee. Was an easy walk if you are looking for some exercise.
Better Hit ‘Em Straight
A nice course and I appreciated being put with another group, golfing alone sucks. Fortunately I him the ball straight cause there’s lotsa water and trouble off the fairway! Good shape with some tricky greens!
Nice course
We played this course recently and found it to be in good Spring shape. Greens were quite quick, sand traps were full of soft playable sand, which I ended up in several times. They starter was quick to get us out a little early with a good description of some of holes and how to play them.
Some of the fairways were still a little thin as the summer grass takes over from the winter grasses but this did not cause much of an issue for us.
We are planning to play this course again before we leave the area.
I don't know why.
This is my second time playing this course. I don't know why I went back. For the money, not worth it. Proshop guys was late. Members jump the line without a tee time. Greens were the best in town. However, the fairways and rough looked like weeds. I play better municipal courses at home. Oh, my pet peeve....I tee off at 7 am and they let people tee off the back as you are making the turn....for $50. You know i woke up early for the privilege of people not slowing me down. Thumbs down.

never again
I have played Municipal courses that were in better shape than this course. Cart paths almost non existent. sand no grass in alot of areas.
Obnoxious cart guy
Cart guy had a bad attitude and used profanity. Almost ruined the day. Other staff members were great. Course was in rough shape.
