Difficult course, and that was from the Gold Tee's. White Tee's would've eaten my lunch. Very fair course, if played wisely!!! Be a shot maker.!! Will definitely play again with the course knowledge.

Course Played Good, I Did My Best To Keep The ball Near The Cart Path And Only Had A Few That Made Me Walk A Long Way To Hit By The End Of The Round I Was A Bit Sore ( Hips & Knees ) Shot 47/39 Pretty Awesome For A Wet Course.

This course owes me absolutely nothing at all. So it rained all morning and I was looking for a course close to where I was staying and this one came up less than 3 miles away. I read the reviews and booked my time.

Firstly I have to give the staff their applauds from Phil the starter always to the Pro shop and the bar everyone made me feel like I was a member that plays there everyday Cheers.

Now to the course it is a very demanding course off the tee box from the tips where I played. I'm a Golf Performance Coach in Atlanta, GA with 4 golf academies so I can really golf my ball and this course made sure that I did. The fairways were plush and beautiful and the greens were in excellent condition even after a heavy downpour on number 3 the course drained away and the greens rolled true.

This is the type course where players learn how to actually play golf versus golf swing. The par 5s beg you to attack them and the par 3s say get away with par and you have gained strokes on the field. The par 4s are gorgeous and demand that you manage them well. Phil said the course record was 62 so I knew that was out seeing the course for the first time in rainy conditions but I did get away with a -2 70 playing from the tips with one blemish a bogey on number one after hitting the green on my approach shot from 127 yards away. My birdie putt looked at the hole and slid by 5 feet right at that moment I said buckle up this is real golf.

I have played over 100 rounds of golf in the state of South Carolina at all different courses and I rank this one up there with the best of them.

If you are looking for a friendly staff , great restaurant and bar and a dynamite golf course that will challenge you tee to green make sure you play WACHESAW Plantation East you wll not be disappointed.

Even though it had rained 4 inches the night before we still enjoyed playing.

This is a great course in average to slightly above average conditions. Slow play was a problem…could use help from a Marshall to keep slow players moving. Course was plugged in late June but greens have still not healed. Despite that, a fun course to play

It’s not the best course in the area but the price reflects it. It is a great course though , I will be going back.

Challenging layout that winds through a beautiful residential area. Lined with tall pines and giant oaks, this course is worth it just for the views. But the course and greens are just as good. Staff were excellent. Everyone was super kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this course. We will be back.

A really nice, wide, long, golf course which typically it’s not the case for a neighborhood golf course. I was able to get a round in and under three hours and the course was in great condition that spike the early downpour.

Despite the review from the grumpy old guys who complained about having to tuck their shirts in at the course, we decided to give this course a try. It was enjoyable, staff was extremely friendly. Can’t say it was particularly memorable, and because of that, we considered it to be a bit pricey, even with a Hot Deal. Conditions were fair, some patchy areas but overall not bad.

We did have tucked in shirts, by the way.
