About
The Links at Victoria Golf Course has a convenient location in Carson that is easily accessible from the South Bay, downtown Los Angeles, or Orange County. William Bell, the mastermind who crafted the Torrey Pines courses, also designed the Links at Victoria. The course has a traditional design that features wide, gently undulating fairways and large, well manicured greens. It's not an overly challenging course but there are some holes that will make you think and you'll find that accuracy and a good strategy are both generously rewarded. The wide-openness of the front nine provides a gentle start to the golf course while the tighter back mine presents greater challenges. It's a good round for learning beginners and more advanced golfers will find it to be a fun, quick round for an affordable price.

Absolute Scam — GolfNow should not be able to advertise this coure
To call this a dogtrack, or a goat farm would be a massive understatement. I wouldn’t let either of those animals onto this course for fear of retribution from PETA.
Every fairway is a construction site marred with groundhog holes. You have to pick up every shot and search aimlessly for a section of grass to drop and hit from.
Greens a fairly well maintained but this course is an absolute scam.
Stopped playing after second hole
The worst course ever!1 couldn’t continue after the 2nd hole. Fairways are mostly dirt and gopher holes and only patches of grass. Shame on GolfNow for listing this course and charging green fees. I hope GolfNow refunds my green fees and its fees.

Dirt and more dirt
Fairways were dirt and lots of gopher holes everywhere.
Putting greens were in excellent condition.
Super friendly staff who warned us about the conditions, but we decided to play anyway..
Definitely will go back when course is in playable condition.

Don’t believe the other reviews they really turned this place around!
One of my friends told me they greatly improved the course in a very short time span, I was skeptical but decided to give it a try.
Somehow they managed to receive or implant rolls of fairway and everything is so lush, you always have a perfect life and a nice roll off your driver! The greens were rolling at about 10 or 11, and they are bent grass so there is no green and they roll very true!
The only thing that was maybe a little off were the bunkers, they added white sand like in the resorts but it wasn’t perfectly leveled yet. however the pro shop told us they would be working on this this week so I can’t wait to play there again next weekend.
This is truly a hidden gem and will be packed with people once word gets out, I really encourage anyone to book it now before it gets overcrowded.
Our foursome played in less than four hours and we also had a free meal included. This had to be one of my best days on the golf course!

Good practice round
The price is fair for the course conditions. The layout is good and it plays long from the blue tees. From the start the starter let’s you know that the fairways are all dirt and full of gofer holes. The greens are plush and like I said, it’s a great place to get a inexpensive round in and fine tune your game.

Course should be closed
Course fairway is really unplayable and would recommend to close this course until the fairways are restored

Let it die
Either fix the course up or close it down …not worth playing when there is no grass to hit from…so sad because many years ago when it was fixed up it was a fun challenging course to play

This was the absolute worst golf course I have ever played. The fairways are mostly dirt. Horrible experience.

Worst shape it’s ever been in
You couldn’t pay me to play here again, very sad because this was a good long track, if you like to hit off dirt and loose balls in gopher holes in the middle of the fairway, play here

Really disappointed
I was informed upon arrival that the course was being demolished so the care of the grounds was discontinued there was no grass on the fairways there was gofer holes through the fairways sand at first glance it did not even look like a real golf course…so I lost my convenience fee of $7 GOLFNOW should maintain an audit of the courses listed to avoid unfortunate situations in the future.
