About
A 238-yard par 3, a 259-yard par 4, a treacherous hole called the "Train Wreck" and a five-hole stretch around a cavernous dry lake dubbed "Crater Junction" all help make the semi-private Zellwood Station Golf Club unique. Featuring hilly terrain not often seen at Florida golf courses, the George Maddox design, which opened in 1974, is a challenge. Located about 30 minutes from Orlando, Zellwood Station G.C. is known to be in good shape, especially the greens.

Always a Challenge
Great course layout and the condition of the course was very good. The greens are in great shape and some of the greens are relentless based on the pin position. This course is always a challenge, especially around the crater. Staff is friendly and the facility is nice.
Phenomenal as always
Local course to me. To my surprise, the starter Tim was there on a day he normally doesn’t work. He and the entire staff is so kind and helpful. That’s the main reason I keep on playing here.
My Experience
I was dissatisfied with Golf Now. I had a gift card of 25$ that I tried to apply to my round and it would not let me although it took $9.32 for a deposit.When I went to counter at golf course they charged me the full.anount with no gift card purchase. Now I cant use my gift card at all through any sites. Very dissatisfied with that experience. I won't get anymore golfnow gift cards.
Ok shape
Careens were punched recently and healing nicely. Nothing great and nothing major wrong. Decent value for the $$
Rained out
Staff would not credit us after being rained out on hole 6. Referred us to golf now which was incorrect as we paid the golf shop.
Great day and pace
I’m a frequent player and enjoy the staff, course and food. Tim has always been great to me and I appreciate him.
Happy as always
Great course. Tim makes this visit as with all a pleasure. He has been kind and helpful and one of the reasons I spend my Sunday here.
Amazing experience due to Tim
Tim greeted me and helped me with my request. I highly recommend this place, not only due to the staff, however Tim went over and above to help me.
Nice course
Very nice course with a good layout. Didn’t play that well but had fun. Pace of play was great and people actually let me play through which is rare.
Greens are in great shape fairways were ok not too bad. Some bad tee boxes but hey for the price I’m not complaining at all. It was great and fun and will definitely be back.
Good conditions, great small greens
Have played Zellwood for years off and on. Greens in great shape with moderate but really consistent speed across all of the greens. Fairways are good and so tee boxes. Great value for this old time yet interesting course.

Very friendly service personnel !! I hear they have a very nice restaurant and I want to try it badly after golfing one time , the locals love it they say !! Best course for the buck !! I don’t know
Greens
Fantastic greens if you wanted to play the PGA championship this is the place to come just to put to get the feeling.

Zellwood has an awesome layout. Really fun course. Conditions could be better in some of the fairways but greens are in good shape. Tim, the starter, was a cool guy! Very friendly and welcoming to the course. Would definitely play here again.
