Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan - Pine Glen
About
Situated just outside of downtown San Diego, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan (formerly known as Sycuan Resort) offers two 18-hole championship courses as well as Pine Glen, a 9-hole, par-3 course. It may not have the same championship status as the other golf courses but its beautiful landscape of mature sycamores, towering oaks, and natural rock outcroppings is anything but run-of-the-mill. The course relies heavily on the natural hazards provided by the mountainous terrain but bunkers have been strategically placed along the rolling, well manicured greens for added challenge. The layout is gentle enough for beginners but it also provides great practice for more advanced players looking to work on their short game or just squeeze in a quick, casual round. In addition to the three very different courses, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan offers extensive practice facilities that include a grass driving range, a short game area with a sand bunker, and multiple practice greens.

Really fun par 3 course!
Love playing the par 3 courses and this is definitely one of my favorites. I can actually feel like a decent golfer on this course!
This course plays quickly, but has it's challenges.
Pine Glen is a fun executive length course in East County. You definitely get work on your short game as some holes are under 100 yards. The course and greens were in nice shape and the pace of play was perfect.
Pine Glen Great starting course
We love the new awnings at the range. The only disappointment was the fact that the beverage/smack cart never came around as before. Otherwise, we had a great time!
Perfect to sharpen short game
Hot Deals can run about $7-$12 which is excellent for this short Par 3 course. Two or three longer holes but you can leave the driver at home. Great for wedge and putting practice. Love this gem.
Don't be fooled
This is a fine course and also fun to play.
Don't be fooled by these Par 3's, they require accuracy and good putting in order to break par!
Good place to practice your short game.
Great short game practice
Continues to be a well managed par-3 facility.Greens in very good shape (a few people need to repair ball marks). Couple of areas were chewed up by mower wheels and wet conditions, but did not affect playability. Great place to tune up your short game!
Singing Hills
This facility is a great deal and in great conditions.
Great food at their restaurant as well.
Lots of fun
Had a great experience well maintained. Friendly staff
different course
what showed on your web site golf now, showed Pine Glen as being a 6,597 yd course when in fact it is only a 2,500 yd course Par 3. There are two other courses there that big courses which you guys don't handle. you need to correct your Web page so there's no misunderstandings, other wise it was a nice place to play.
Awesome par 3 course
This course is in excellent shape. The tee shots are all fairly easy but the greens can be challenging. The greens are a little too soft but roll true. Overall one of the best par 3 courses in San Diego county.
Better Executive course
Great looking course. Back 9 plays really short, Front 9 is more challenging.
Great short course
We have played this course many times and it is always in great shape and a fun course. All holes are Par 3 and a great course to practice irons and the shorter distances.
A good course to practice your short game.
I would recommend playing here except for the pace of play. I think the weekly Senior group wasout so it was incredibly slow.
Soggy and boggy
Course was ridiculously wet. Very soggy you could see that several carts had been stuck in the boggy conditions. There is no excuse for such incredibly wet conditions. Greens were too slow...
Best par 3 in San Diego
It was very clean and the staff was very very friendly
Good value for Golfnow rate.
Good value for Golfnow rate! Great course to work on short iron play.
Wait times
Too many people scheduled on the course had long wait times between holes. Other than that it was very good.
Hone your short game
A great place to work on your short game,,,,wish there were a couple of par 4's on the course though...
