Situated just outside of downtown San Diego, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan (formerly known as Sycuan Resort) offers two 18-hole championship courses as well as Pine Glen, a 9-hole, par-3 course. It may not have the same championship status as the other golf courses but its beautiful landscape of mature sycamores, towering oaks, and natural rock outcroppings is anything but run-of-the-mill. The course relies heavily on the natural hazards provided by the mountainous terrain but bunkers have been strategically placed along the rolling, well manicured greens for added challenge. The layout is gentle enough for beginners but it also provides great practice for more advanced players looking to work on their short game or just squeeze in a quick, casual round. In addition to the three very different courses, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan offers extensive practice facilities that include a grass driving range, a short game area with a sand bunker, and multiple practice greens.

Great PAR 3 course!
First 9 holes are most challenging. Overall, the course is great for working the short game.
First Time on Pine Glen
Great Executive Course - The family (all beginners) went out to Pine Glen and had a great time. Staff and facilities were great. Very friendly. Views are great and is easy course for beginners or to work on short game. No complaints, great day of golfing. If could change anything, would probably add some signage to where the next hole is located. Had a bit of trouble on two holes in locating where to go next - may have had trouble going from 3 to 4 if proshop had not told me about it on my way out. Again, great time on the course, staff and facility are fantastic.
Was not informed of course conditions!
We were not informed of Cart Path Only until we were on the 1st tee! 8-9 holes had tees under construction with all tees at silver or even ladies on those holes. Fairways were like playing in the rough.

i have loved this course for the last 40 yrs. one of my all time favorites in san diego. always in excellent condition and super friendly staff.
Sycuan has provided a very good course for both new learning golfers and experienced alike.
This course hosts the Callaway Junior World Golf Championship 7 and 8 year old Division.
Sycuan has taken great pride in providing a very good test of golf for these players. The course is mixed with short and medium length hole with a couple of challenging length holes.Although you may think it would be just a pitch and putt course be aware that the terrain around the course provides suttle movements that make you think and drive you crazy. I have been the starter for the Callaaway Junior World event for the past 9 years and have played the course exclusively for the past two years due to physical conditions and the course changes every time I play it. It keeps my attention.
I recommend this course also for the beginning golfer. Everything is right in front of you, no hidden shots.
There is also an excellent staff who serve up great group and individual lessons for the beginner and experienced golfer alike. You will enjoy playing this course.
There are two other courses at Sycuan the provide very challenging conditions ,the Willow and Oaks courses.
The Callaway Golf Junior World girls, 13 and 14 year old Division plays the Oaks course. Competition is great with players from all over the world present.
Sycuan also provides wonderful Resort facilities for golfers and family alike. Try it you'll like it..
Sharpen the short game
Pine Glen is a great way at a good price to sharpen your short game. A par 3 ranging from 100 yards to 200 yards it lets you work on most every iron. Greens are well maintained.
Nice course about 30 miles outside of San Diego
First time playing this course and it was excellent. The course overall exceeded my expectations, greens and fairways were very nice and the course was very playable. I enjoyed it immensely
