About
Situated just outside of downtown San Diego, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan (formerly known as Sycuan Resort) offers two 18-hole championship courses as well as Pine Glen, an 18-hole, par-3 course. It may not have the same championship status as the other golf courses but its beautiful landscape of mature sycamores, towering oaks, and natural rock outcroppings is anything but run-of-the-mill. The course relies heavily on the natural hazards provided by the mountainous terrain but bunkers have been strategically placed along the rolling, well manicured greens for added challenge. The layout is gentle enough for beginners but it also provides great practice for more advanced players looking to work on their short game or just squeeze in a quick, casual round. In addition to the three very different courses, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan offers extensive practice facilities that include a grass driving range, a short game area with a sand bunker, and multiple practice greens.

FULL PASS TERRIBLE
I guess it’s under construction, but I have seen muni courses at 4 stars better than this. Absolutely trash. Don’t waste your money. Seriously. And I played for free.

The greens on Pine are almost bare dirt in spots. Tee boxes are heavily divoted. Fair ways are good

Great time
This was my first time playing Pine Glen. I have played Oak and Willow and loved both courses. The greens were in great shape. Good tee boxes. Great course to work on short game. I will definitely play again. I wish I had played years ago.

Greens are in rough shape!
Need to water them greens a little more they were all in pretty rough shape considering the tee boxes and fairways are always well manicured

Singing Hills
Well let me say i am familiar with this course and have difficulty in giving it a par rating from years past. Too many ground squirrels and bare dirt in areas that should be maintained.
Pricing, Sunday afternoon, $120.00 ..if your want that kind of money, you should provide the experience.
Pace of play was terrible.

Watering greens in the direction of your game
Hot Deal booking. Seemed like a good golf date. However, the front nine had maintenance worker hosing six greens in our forward progression. Called pro shop to stop this disruptive pattern before hitting the back nine. The worker stayed on approaching green as we were teeing off. Back nine had youth tournament with parents coaching kids on putting. We could knit sweaters waiting to tee. Wrote to golf director who blew off the complaint. No apologies. Hot Deal.
