10th hole has video tracing, just like on TV. Somewhere inside everyone can see your shot and you can scan a QR Code by the clubhouse and share the link with friends of that shot and tracing Photo submitted by wevvie on 05/03/2022

Going Down Hill….
Callaway is not maintaining this course the way it should. The amount of bird poop all over the course makes some greens unplayable. You literally cannot make a putt because there is bird poop in the way. The bunkers are not maintained. They have grow the tee boxes extremely long so you have to hit from the mat. The mats are basically concrete and an injury risk. If you are going to make everyone hit tee shots from mats, then at least put in a decent mat. Not sure what Callaway’s obligation is to El Segundo for running the course, but the execution is not worthy of a major golf brand.
Great par 3, families of geese
It’s the best par 3 in the area. They’re doing some work with reseeding a few areas but nothing bad. There are also a lot of goose droppings everywhere due to several geese families on the course. Saw like 3 separate groups of goslings with their parents while playing. But usually they’re not around and the course is nice.
Easy course for a quick round
The Lakes at El Segundo is perfect for a quick afternoon (or evening) round when you don't have the whole day to commit to golf. The course is very well maintained and there are fun (but easy enough) challenges for beginners and experienced golfers alike. My only complaint would be the geese droppings, especially around the water areas, but that's not even too bad.
Fun quick little round
The facility here is great, great warm-up area. The course gives off a sort of miniature golf vibe (In a good way). The round went by really quickly. Not the most challenging, but I like the layout a lot for what it is
Quick and easy
All good apart from paying for golf balls although it states free clubs you still have to fork out $25 for balls to play
Replace the mats!
The tee box is restricted to only hitting off the mats.
But the mats are in terrible condition. It’s time to replace the mats.
Why 10 holes?
I played this course a 100+ times before Topgolf took over and it was a fun little 9-hole. After Topgolf it’s a 10 hole, why? The course layout could be better. A lot of wasted land that could’ve been used to make a couple holes longer and hole #9 needs to gotten rid of asap. The day I played #9 pin was a 30’ from the tee!
This course is not worth the money I paid.
