The Lakes at El Segundo

For 10 holes, this was definitely not worth the money. Nobody fixes their divots, a random guy with his dog walked onto the green we were about to play on and his dog peed on it, and the guy cutting the lawn decided to cut a different green as we were putting on it. For $25, there are other courses I'd rather play.

Fun course, in perfect condition. Greens are rolling really nice, music playing from speakers. Great vibes.

I really enjoy playing the Lakes. It’s good for your short game.

Played course twice foursome. Best ball. Had a ball

Brought my 12 yr old son to play for his first time off the range. He had a great time and already wants to play it again. I par'd every hole and had fun working on my short game (longest hole is 150 yards, shortest was 55).

Finished all 10 holes in an hour. Great food inside the clubhouse and super easy parking, check in, etc. Only thing missing is a path going from green to tee box, but not a deal breaker.

Basically all the grass was hard as a rock or as soft as mud, the greens were slower than my grandma walking through walmart, and that’s about it.

A good place for short game work. Take your 140 club, wedge and putter. Good slopes on the greens

We played in the late afternoon. I warmed up at the generous and well kept practice area. The conditions were excellent and the course makes good use of the terrain it has to create interest. The downer was the incredibly slow foursome in front of us. So slow it got dark before we finished our round, and we got to experience the lights, which are surprisingly good, although the greens are tough to read in the dark - use your feet.

We had such a great time. Absolutely no complaints. Will be back this week.

It is well layout than I expected. I really enjoyed playing golf there.

Although I am a beginner, this is my 4th course i have visited and probably my favorite. The layout is perfect from start to finish and the 10th hole is cool and unique. Definitely coming back!
