Chill
I would come back for the night golf. This is more suited for an extremely casual round of golf. Not much thrills. Fairly beginner level. It can still be fun. Kind of on the higher end for such a small course. I finished it in 40 minutes. I was alone with one person ahead of me.

all short par 3s. good music. not terribly challenging. greens in good shape. tee boxes were a mess.
First time since Top Golf
I played here years ago before Top Golf was built. Everything is much "fresher" now. We didn't get a chance to use range before round for some reason. Would have been nice. Course is short and pretty easy as expected. Mush less bird droppings than in previous years but still there. Overall enjoyable time. Would do it again.
The geese population is truly out of control. There are droppings everywhere- it is impossible to play with out getting ones shoes and golf balls full of poop.
Small but Mighty
Enjoyed the quality of the tees and greens. Uphill and downhill holes add to variety. Pin placements that day were basically simple but could be the difference in score by several strokes. Slopes on greens are readable but tricky.
Greens putted superb for as much play as they get. Bring a ball mark repairer as many others don’t. Probably more out of ignorance than intent.

Relax and play
The Lakes at El Segundo is seriously the most chill par 3 I've ever played. Ten holes of pure, unadulterated fun. Okay, so it's not Augusta, but who cares? It's perfect for a quick round with your buddies, or even just to get some practice in without sweating too much. Plus, the views are surprisingly decent for being in the middle of everything. Honestly, if you're looking for a relaxed, no-pressure golf experience, this is your spot. Don't expect a challenge, just good times and maybe a birdie or two if you're lucky!

Fun course
The course was in good condition. The shot tracer video screen was out of order the last two
times I played. They should fix that.
