Wet day at Eagle’s Pointe

Clubhouse attendant was excellent. Very personable and helpful. Unfortunately it was cart path only due to last night’s rain. Slowed down play, but course was wet and I understand. Greens had been aereated Bumpy and very slow. Some greens very patchy. When in good condition this is a very nice course and good value.

Hacker

The course was very wet from the earlier rain in the week. They had also punched the fairways and greens which made it tough to play. I believe it could have been a nice course if the rain and punching of the course. I would play it again.

Value for the Dollar

First time playing here and we enjoyed it. We are not great golfers but the course seems to offer enough challenges for weekend warriors and more skilled players. Fairways are in good shape. Several greens are a bit rough but nothing drastic. Sand traps, like many courses here need daily love. Staff and everyone we talked to were great, friendly, and a pleasure to meet. Would certainly recommend this course.

Course to play

I played this course 9 months ago and it's was the worst , I heard that the new company had done a lot of work to improve the course and yes they have , but still a lot of work needed.Staff are great, layout is good,, nice new carts, The bunkers vere absolutely disgusting looked like that not been touched forever ( even if bunkers are in need of work please someone rack then , #2 green is horrible over half the green has no grass and I mean no grass !!!!!!, Around the greens ,and tee boxes and around the bunkers massive weeds everywhere ie you can be 3feet off a green and your stood in weeds.

Scramble

I had a 7:00 AM tee time was playing by myself and flying around the course.. all of a sudden at like hole 13 a scramble was sent out to all the holes. Now I’m stuck in the middle, Quite round, went back and complained and. All they could say was since I booked through golf now that they couldn’t help me. Poor scheduling on there part and poor service not to make something work to redeem my inconvenience. Nice course, cart guy was great! Pro shop, no help.

Eagle’s Point

Fairways were excellent. Greens were good except for bare spots that were filled with sand. Fringe around greens were mostly good but some areas were bare. With some attention this course could be in excellent shape.
