Dobson Ranch Golf Course

I suck at golf and just play for fun, this course was PERFECT for that! I only lost 5 balls and 2 were because I played into the dark and couldn't find them. I love how they placed the hazards and coming from Texas the landscaping was incredible. The clubhouse and bar/restaurant was so cool, the range was very nice, the staff was next level friendly without being obnoxious. I will be playing here every time I visit.

Always a great course to play. Course in superb condition and new improvements and plantings spruce up the course considerably. Greens are in the best conditions ever.

The fairways and greens were well kept. The sand bunkers varied from loose to packed making it hard to control the shot. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

Great course challenging fast greens n fairways. Was rudder when quite windy like 35mph wind!

Best bang for your buck in the Valley during peak season.

We play several courses in the vallen year round. The staff at Dobson could not be more friendly and professional. The restaurant is quick, good and friendly. The Rangers move the players in order to complete the round in 4 1/4 hours. They ask nicely but are aware of big holes between players.

A great place to play that is not trying to strangle the players pocket book.

Good time . need net up along fairways on 9 and 10 to protect us from golf balls from range

Course was in good condition. A bit pricey when considering higher end golf courses were just a little more. Tee boxes were really hard packed. Holes 9 and 10 were being bombarded by range balls (dozens and dozens of them) making them both hazardous and very difficult to find your own ball. Otherwise an enjoyable golf course

Every sand trap needs to be tilled up and raked so the sand is even through out.

Too many traps have compact sand or no sand at all.

If this can’t be done, fill them in and make them grass bunkers.

They squeeze people in people who show up without a tee time backing up play. This is the third time I’ve experienced this here and so 3 strikes your out. This place doesn’t care about customer experience, just money. Will definitely NOT be going back. In addition, the degenerate clientele here doesn’t repair ball marks Greens in bad condition

The course and staff is great...very playable and in the best condition ot jas ever been in. Of the .any improvements that the new management has completed, the is still one more improvement needed. There needs to be netting added along the right side of the practice range. Balls are constantly being hit from the range onto #10 fairway. It's a very dangerous situation.

Course is in decent condition, the greens are always in good shape which makes it a course I enjoy playing, but the pace of play makes it pretty much unplayable. You have to wait 5-10 minutes at every tee box. The 4th hole on the course, a par 3, had one group on the green and two groups waiting to tee off ahead of us. That’s 4 groups on one par 3. No ranger that keeps the pace of play, they just jam you in and don’t worry about it since they already got your money.

We had a 2:09 tee time, didn’t tee off until almost 2:30 and stopped after 12 holes because it was getting dark.

Played on a Friday afternoon. Course was very busy, tee times were delayed by about 15 minutes. Took 5 hours to complete the round from when we were scheduled to tee off, so finished in the dark.

Saw a course marshal twice, but they did not seem to be too concerned about how long it was taking. Apparently there is some type of skins tournament every Friday, and that might have been the reason for slower play. But they should manage they pace of play for the rest of the customers!

Great layout and is in great shape!
