About
The course at the Sunbird Golf Resort is a desert-style course that offers three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels. This executive length golf course has a country club-type atmosphere and offers a good round of golf. The greens are medium sized with some that are multi-tiered and narrow fairways. Bunkers and trees are also present on the course, adding some challenge since they can greatly affect shots. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. In addition to the executive course at Sunbird Golf Resort, the facility also offers a putting area and chipping green as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

Ideal conditions
Good value for the money.The weather was ideal, the course was ideal, the pace of play was ideal. How ever my score was far from ideal. 3 out of 4 ain't bad.
Phenomenal Customer service
Staff was very friendly and helpful, course was in outstanding condition.
Nice exec course
Most executive courses seem clunky and like they were thrown in somewhere
This is more like a full size nice course but only 1 par 5 and a couple extra par threes and a few shorter par 4s.
The locals are friendly and if you have beginners it is a nice place to go
It's very wet
Something is going on with their sprinkler system. The course is very wet (no AZ roll). It's a nice layout with some well protected greens which make this course challenging even though it is relatively short.
Nice afternoon
Reseeding was excellent. Tee boxes and greens were in good shape. It appears some over watering is occurring near cart paths and on some fairways. I have stated before that tee times are bunched to close together. Delays on every whole especially par 3’s due to this issue. After 10am please consider moving the times between groups by 5 minutes. The golfers will play quicker this way.
Late and thin.
Probably the worst shape of any course played on this holiday.
Restaurant
Service was a little off looks like they're running around probably due to no one can find anybody to work anymore
They don't sell alcohol
Course was in great condition and the weather was perfect. However, no alcohol sales either from a beverage cart or from the clubhouse.
Rye grass getting close ... Traps are hard pan
I could give a 5, but the traps are hard as a rock (putted out of one using the lip to spring the ball onto the green. Rye grass is getting close.

Course was in good condition and pace was very good as well. Enjoyable short course with a couple demanding par 3 holes. Good value and friendly
Fun executive course
Course layout was great 1 par five nice mix of 3 and 4’s

Play was very slow but partly due to Cart Path only at this time due to overseeding. Good course otherwise. I believe a par 64.
Nice layout for size.
Much better than some smaller courses in the area.
Great little course
This course is short but still challenging. Worth a try.
