Very organized and responsive staff. Driving range is very small and limited to the number of people who need to warm up. There is a lot of grass left of the range prior to the lessons only area that should be used for short distances. The pull carts need significant attention and maintenance. Front wheels don’t lock properly or at all. The cargo netting and Velcro straps are dry rotted. There is no changes (reduced price) to the green fees if you sign up via GolfNow for 18 holes with cart (only option) if you prefer to walk.

Easy to find , easy check in, stopping at the gate is a small pain, carts with sand and in ok condition,tees pretty good,, fairways seemed a little long so not a lot of roll, roughs were spotty, bunkers fairly firm,but manageable, greens rolled pretty good, but pin placements were really tough with no real straight putts and always turning at the cup, played in just under 4, least expensive course on GN for the day, but not very many good buys this year

Last time I played here there were obvious issues with irrigation. However, not any more, the course is in outstanding condition tww to green. Fairways were immaculate, best I have seen in years. Greens were fast and true. The only issue was lots of standing water in low lying areas and some bunkers, but with all the rain lately that's expected. Also, the gentleman in the Pro Shop is extremely helpful and gets everyone started with a little humor and a smile. Nice job, Springfield!!

Challenging executive course. I just wanted more par 4s.

Fun course and the folks that run it are great. Always friendly and welcoming.

Played an after work round and teed off around 3:30pm with hopes of getting 18 in given current time of sunset. The conditions were fantastic...fairways are lush, greens solid. Pace of play on the front was a bit brutal, but fortunately some were only playing 9 and it freed up enough on the back that we finished just before dark, though we could have finished sooner as there were entire holes that no one was one, but no marshal to keep pacing up. All that said, a fun affordable late afternoon round with great course conditions and a fun executive course track.

Great place to play great staff

Springfield is fun to play. It has its share of challenging holes, but not unfair (plenty of room for misses). The sand traps are average (I've seen worse), the greens roll very good, but they are hard and they don't receive the ball well, so you have to strategize your approach. Lot's of healthy-looking grass, and the trees don't really get in your way. If you play from the tips, it's harder than it looks...the staff is also friendly.

While a very crowded executive course, the conditions were very good.

Made for a great time before we drove to Tucson. Staff and people all very friendly. Pin placements were not friendly. Cart brakes would not respond for most of the round. Perfect size course for us to squeeze a quick round in before doing something else, without tiring out.

The course is well maintained and well laid out. I presents some actually challenging holes for a par 61. I would definitely play this course more if I lived out there but I was there for a few days and I always take my clubs with me out of town.
