About
The course at Springfield Golf Resort has a traditional design that has an interesting mix of desert-style holes. This executive course features average sized greens that are heavily undulating and fairways that are tight and lined with a few trees. Water comes into play on a few holes and there are also a few strategically placed sand bunkers throughout. The golf course plays fast, but it offers a good challenge for all skill levels. Offering three sets of tee boxes creates even more opportunities for adapting the game to different abilities and handicaps. In addition to the golf course, Springfield Golf Resort also offers a chipping area and putting green.

Great course to sharpen your iron game
This is the second time I have played here. We played on Superbowl weekend as well. They offered a back 9 and breakfast special. The greens were in great shape and putted very well. It was a fair price just for the golf, but to get breakfast with it was amazing! Friendly people throughout the clubhouse. My wife and I wish to become snow birds within 10 years and this would definitely be a course we would consider joining.
Course mostly in good shape
A couple of the greens did not have much grass on them, mostly dirt. Rest of course was nice.

Greens are all dead.
The greens are all brown, appear burnt, and have very little grass. The odd green has some grass, and the putting weight varied greatly from green to green. Took all the fun out of the round. Not sure what happened, as we had played earlier this year, and the greens were in good shape. The fairways are pretty good, but the greens suck.

Great executive course
Course in great shape. Love this course for the everyday play. Best condition for the price
For a shorter course it was perfect!
Knowing it was an "executive course", it turned out to have great course conditions and more than enough par 4's to keep it interesting. Even the par 3's are lengthy with some approaching 200 yards. Pace was great, would play here again if in the area.

Playmore
We were visiting Phoenix for Spring Training games with golf friends of varying skills (4 ladies and 3 guys). This Exec. course was great for us. Fun filled golf and challenges without being overbearing. Pace was great and pin placements on slopes and having to control speed on putts was an equalizer. Playable and fun.

Two timer
We don’t live very close so we have only played it twice this winter. We wish we lived closer as all 4 of us like playing the course.
Nice golf course
Very organized and responsive staff. Driving range is very small and limited to the number of people who need to warm up. There is a lot of grass left of the range prior to the lessons only area that should be used for short distances. The pull carts need significant attention and maintenance. Front wheels don’t lock properly or at all. The cargo netting and Velcro straps are dry rotted. There is no changes (reduced price) to the green fees if you sign up via GolfNow for 18 holes with cart (only option) if you prefer to walk.
