About
Desert Mirage Golf Course offers a public, nine-hole course and a fully stocked pro shop. The course has a traditional design but that does not mean it is boring. It is perfect for squeezing in a quick game or for beginners and kids. The course is relatively flat, but there are some hills on the course that can affect shots. The greens are medium sized with some slight undulation and the generous fairways are wide open. There are also water hazards and bunkers that come into play on a few of the holes. Desert Mirage Golf Course's signature hole is the par-4 ninth. It requires a tee shot over a lake to an island green.

Easy course for a quick round
Course in fair condition greens so so. Rental clubs a hodgepodge of rejects. Staff very nice
one to remember
Nice little executive course in great shape played 18 in a little over 3 hours a real challenge with the wind blowing
First time
My son and I played the course for the first time and very much enjoyed it. is it PGA quality? No but it is a great place to play a round and not be overwhelmed or pressured to move along and as a newbie it's just what we were looking for
Executive Style
Was good layout for an executive type course. Has a few challenging hole to test your short game.
First Tee Time
My girlfriend and I tried this course for the first time. We had the first tee time available at 7:00am. Unfortunately the staff was running a little bit late that morning so we weren't able to tee off until about 7:20, but after that, everything was great. Weather was perfect and course was in really good condition for a $14 round. I didn't really have any expectations at that price, so I was pleasantly surprised. It's an excellent course for beginners and working on your short game.
Great Value
This was a great value and you will not find anything more for your money. A few birds on the course which makes you watch your step on a couple holes. I missed the yard markings that were not visible on most holes but otherwise, I would guess you will not be disappointed unless you are expecting the same quality as you would on a $75 green fee.

Best kept secret course
Course is excellent for learning ball control. Well kept course. Price is great and staff is awesome. Nine hole course.
We were overcharged
We booked the tee time on Golfnow at $15 each, but when we arrived at the course they charged us an extra $1.25 each for "taxes" and then attempted to charge us an additional $5 each for "non-resident" fee. We objected to this additional charge and after considerable argument they dropped this extra charge. The course itself was very dry and n poor condition.
Desert Mirage
This course was in good shape with green fairways and trimmed greens. There are no par 5s so the course is a great course for learning golfers. Water can come into play with an errant drive on number nine. Greens are challenging with some tough pin placements. Not a course for golfers who like to hit the long ball.

Course is always in VG condition...all year round!! Great little 9 hole layout with some tuff holes. LOVE the 9th and the second shot over water.... if you dare and the pin is tucked on the left!!
Practice range is also VG!!!
Frozen course
We had a 8:39 tee time and they would even let us into the course parking lot. They said we had to come back later because of the frost. They knew well before hand the course had frost they could had notified us before we drove over there. Staff was rude

Good test
Some interesting holes and opportunity to work your irons.
Hardly anyone on the course. Played in a little over 1 hour.
Course in reasonably good conditions. Prices vary widely. Look for a Hot Deal.
Great day of Golf
Went with my 10 year old who is in his first year of golf and had a wonderful time.
Great Fun
No one following us - therefore took some second shots. Perfect for practice as we both needed it. Good time.
A nice, inexpensive, well kept little course
This was my first visit to Desert Mirage, and I was very happy with the bargain price and well kept course. It is perfect for a quick 9, and while not fancy, it is green and plays very well.

Took pics to send back to Maine. The course was in amazing shape. The staff def knew what they were doing for overseed.
