Had a tee time after calling, was told a different price when we arrived. However the friendly staff honored the online deal. Thank you for doing that!!!!

The course itself is very nice, good mix of short iron and long drive holes. However the only bad part was the very thick rough along the fairways. Anytime we would hit into a rough patch, we would literally lose our golf balls. due to the high and thick grass, it was impossible to find the golf balls.

Overall we had a wonderful time at the course, friendly staff and price will have us returning soon.

Have not played here in sometime, but have driven by and read a good review. The pro shot and club house staff were excellent, very friendly. No beverage cart but they do have cold towels on the course. The course, WOW, the best I have seen in years for this time of year. Yes the ruff was up but nothing like the past, NO lost balls. The fairways and greens were in great shape. The front were a little bushy and slow but the back were in very good condition. OH and how can you beat the price that includes a tap beer and either a hot dog or deli sandwich. For sure will be playing more this summer......Excellent

Played this course for the first time today. Most in the area are dried out and in poor shape from the Arizona summer. The fairways are in pretty good shape, especially for it being mid summer. Highlight is by far the greens. They must be working on a new maintenance plan because the course is much better than reviews told me. Pin placement made a nice challenge and putting surface was immaculate. Best I've seen in a very long time. It's a fun layout that can be a bit confusing if you're not paying attention. The scenery is great. No houses lining the fairways, or anything else. Difficulty was a bit high for me because my drives are inconsistent so I was dodging trees a lot. Again, not something I'm used to seeing much of in Arizona. House staff is fantastic and the grill makes a mean burger. All around it is a gem. Prices are awesome, especially considering the good condition. Will play here again for sure!

At first, my dad and I saw Tres Rios for $20 and thought what the heck. Usually $20 golf courses aren't that great of condition but Tres was a great all around course. Throw in a hotdog and soda as part of the $20, you can't beat that. The staff is beyond expectations and was generous and friendly to us. We are headed back this weekend to play another 18 and look forward to more...

This course is one of the most underrated around the area. The course is wide open and was pretty empty. This is one of my favorites to play, especially at this price.

GPS did not work after 2 hole.

My wife and I haven't played here for a year so we tried it again. Now I remember why we quit playing here. There are so many more courses to play for same money that are so much better. I used to say that it resembled a goat path but that would not be kind to goat paths. This course could be so much better with some TLC.

I've been so dissapointed in this course's condition for the last few years, and the reviews I've read lately were awful.

My wife and I love to play here, so I had to come out and try it again for myself.

I felt the course is in very good shape. It's not a Resort Course, but it doesn't cost $200.00 to play either. There are people working on it everywhere, cutting the grass, weed eaters, repairing sprinkler heads.

I don't know if is out of the ordinary, but the golf course was in beautiful shape the day I played it.

The staff was great, and so was the condition of the track.

I found this course to be a refreshing change from the typical Arizona golf course. Reminds me of the courses I grew up on in the Southeast...just a different kind of trees. Overall condition of the course is good with evidence of the maintenance crew making efforts to improve even more. Plenty of potential...

The course needs water. The greens are hard and fast and a few have patches. The course needs lots of water and they have issues with their sprinkling system that has never been resolved. But, that is why the green fees are reasonable because the course is not in great shape. But if it was, then the green fees would be the same as other courses.

Beware!!!! Don't believe the course price posted. There is a NON-OPTIONAL GPS fee of $3. While not a large sum, the ethics are questionable.

T box's needed to be level -- some of the putting greens were sandy and the grounds crew had put

patches of grass to fill in some of the area's that grass had not grown

Greens is poor shape. do not hold, extremely fast. too many areas of dirt

The course was in really good condition! Only issue is a couple holes on the back nine run toon close together. Staff was nice, and the windy conditions made the course more challenging. Definitely recommend this course!

we as 4 some play quite a bit throughout the valley and have played this course before numerous of times. This time however it was in the worst conditions we have ever saw it since the gophers used to over run the place. The tee boxes were pretty much dirt, fairways very spotted and the greens patchy at best. We used to like to play this course for the price but now not even the price would bring us back. I emailed the proshop person but no reponse, I guess they just don't care anymore.

Course needs work in fairways and several areas of standing water issues. Greens were qwik and not bad but carts have seen better days. We did like the gps on carts and came in handy. The course seemed like a liability waiting to happen as we noticed all day balls from different holes flying in different potentially dagerous directions. Either the golfers that day were horrible and its the only track they can afford to play or holes are set up improperly. Have to be on full alert for stray balls all day or get hit. Wont be back. Pay more play safer and a nicer course.

Not beating up the course but the greens were so hard that any chip shot you land on the green it would roll roll and roll for another chip shot. If you miss a 10 ft putt prepare yourself for a 20 ft putt coming back to the hole. Had some nice approach shots on the green just to be penalized ( ball would roll off the back of the green) I realize water is a luxury these days so just be prepared. Also good course to hit all your clubs in the bag. A nice drive and you still might have a 5 or 6 iron to the green.

This day started as a joke as the staff said they would get us out soon since we were ready to go 30 minutes early, and then they watched us stand there for over 30 minutes before letting us go, KEEPING IN MIND NO ONE TEE'D OFF IN THAT 30 MINUTES. We had to wait for 2 members who had an 8;00 tee time and was still getting their gear out of the car at 8:10 and finally hit the ball at 8:22. By now our twosome turned into a foursome which is fine except they send out a twosome right behind us?

Course is the worst shape course I have ever played on in Arizona.There is absolutely no pride taken in this course or its equipment. Carts were in horrible shape and ours wouldn't even hardly turn. One of our foursome actually quit on the 12th hole because the course was in such dis-array. I really wish I could say at least one nice thing about this course and staff, but I can not!!
