About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

Clean and well kept
The course was beautiful and we did not wait for golfers in front of us for more than 2 minutes
Fun shorter course
I was surprised by the conditions being as good as they were. Course is a lot of fun, just a little shorter than I usually play. I would recommend it based on both value and course condition.
A pleasant afternoon
I usually golf the mornings at SLV. The afternoon tee time was very pleasant. Warmer and a sunny afternoon :-). Very comfortable. The greens appear to be faster which makes putting a little more challenging. We played 9 holes. We enjoyed the quick round.
Excellent value...
Have played this course several times over the last 8 years and it is in the best condition ever..
They also have a good range and practice area... Rochesters bar and restaurant are also good value.
Poorly managed
When I called to book a tee time I was told it was a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. and I could use my $40 per round coupon for 18 holes so I booked for 2. When I checked in I was told it was 9 holes not 18 holes and I was charged $40 each with coupon. I was not told it was only 9 holes or I would not have booked. Pro shop said it was 9 holes due to couples shotgun in the afternoon. Also said there was a shotgun at 8:00 a.m. that would be over in 3 hours. We teed off late and 9 holes took 2 hours. There was still no one on the course when we left the parking lot. A total screw up. We like the course but won’t play due to poor management.
Fantastic course. Great condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Score wasn’t the best but company was great. Will play again.
Rude
From the first time I walked in to pro shop. Rude service. After round, we decided to stop by Rochesters. Food was okay, but we witnessed Cooks eating in the Kitchen.
