About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

Excellent value...
Have played this course several times over the last 8 years and it is in the best condition ever..
They also have a good range and practice area... Rochesters bar and restaurant are also good value.
Poorly managed
When I called to book a tee time I was told it was a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. and I could use my $40 per round coupon for 18 holes so I booked for 2. When I checked in I was told it was 9 holes not 18 holes and I was charged $40 each with coupon. I was not told it was only 9 holes or I would not have booked. Pro shop said it was 9 holes due to couples shotgun in the afternoon. Also said there was a shotgun at 8:00 a.m. that would be over in 3 hours. We teed off late and 9 holes took 2 hours. There was still no one on the course when we left the parking lot. A total screw up. We like the course but won’t play due to poor management.
Fantastic course. Great condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Score wasn’t the best but company was great. Will play again.
Rude
From the first time I walked in to pro shop. Rude service. After round, we decided to stop by Rochesters. Food was okay, but we witnessed Cooks eating in the Kitchen.

winter cost
I may have written this before, but here goes. I and my friends have been playing this course during the summer months because of the value with the DUFFERS card. We do NOT play during the winter months because it is to EXPENSIVE considering that it is not a full 72 hole course. and the price you are charging.
Sunny Sunland Village
Great little course. All grass for those tired of playing in the desert.
traps
been playing this course for MANY years. About the only complaint I have is that THE SANDTRAPS are terrible....NO SAND, just DIRT.
Decent Course
Hard to get on course due to scheduled events every day
Loved this coarse!
Had a blast with my son on this well groomed well laid out little coarse. The shotgun start and slow play of the 4some
In front of us was the only pitfall. Should of let us play through since there was just the two of us ,we waited at least 5-7 minutes on each hole but you can only hope people have golf adequate. Loved the coarse and the staff though. Look forward to playing again soon!
Car path only
They were going to have a members golf tournament at 1:00 we got there at 11:00 we finished our 18 and an hour and a half it was great grains are easy to read it's still thick around the fairways make sure you hit in the Fairway still cart path only but well worth it
Eagle Me
I had a great day on the course. It was my first time golfing there and shot a 79, which is good for myself. I also shao an eagle on the 18th!! Fun day.
