About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

great day
course in good shape, staff attentive, fast pace of play

Love this course. Great day of golf with my husband. Fun to play!
No ranger
There were four guys in front of us when they got to the green they each played two balls to the closest to the hole on every hole which made it a long round... In the force them waited till the group in front of them was off the green... Some of the holes are 300 to 375 and they would wait till they left the green and they all hit about 150 yards wish there would have been a ranger
A Great Course To Play
The course seems to be in grass transition right now. Greens and fairways are in very good condition, but the tee boxes are really dry and missing a lot of growth. Hopefully grass transition is the reason. The bunker sand is very hard and in need of additional sand, a tractor appears to be doing this now. This is always an enjoyable course and I look forward to my next round here.
Great for local course
This place is great for a local course! $20/person tee time, the course/greens were in great condition, and the pace of play was fast. It does lack in variety (a lot of straight forward par-3s and short par-4s) and save a couple of well maintained ponds there wasn’t much in the way of obstacles. Over all if you’re looking for an inexpensive and well maintained course, this is a great option!
Another Enjoyable Round
Executive course. In great shape. Most challenging part of the course are the greens: pretty fast and many slopes.

Great say of golf, hole placements provided a real challenge. But this course keeps me coming back, perfect combination of friendly staff and fellow golfers and you have to make some putts.
Charming course in Mesa AZ
The condition of the course was very good!!
The greens were in great shape and completely consistent on each hole.
The mature trees make the course fun to play.
The restaurant is also excellent.
Good food good prices.
Fun short track
Shot makers course. Lots of water and traps. Greens quick and true. Will be back.
