About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

great short course!!! very well maintained and a great friendly staff. the course is a great challenge for your short game. pace of play was smooth for our foursome... we finished in 3 hours or less and it was a packed day full of golfers. definitely play there again
Personal problems
Had back surgery in late August... 1st time playing an easy 18 hole golf course. Course in good shape, enjoyed experience but quit on 16th hole .... back started acting up. Will play there again tomorrow. Hopefully with better results.
Friendly Staff
Always a great time at Sunland Village, shop staff are friendly, course is marshalled ( friendly) to ensure the pace of play (3 hours), great driving range and off course amenities.
Excellent Executive Course
It's very well maintained. Great for practicing your short game. We'd highly recommend.
Gem in Sunland Village
This is a great executive course. Short game test for most players. Conditions and maintenance are very nice.

Head pro Dan is great and have taken lessons from him and has helped me enjoy the game, lessen the frustration with clear and positive instruction
Great job on oversees!
Fairways, tee boxes, and rough were in great shape! The greens were better than great! They rolled true and the speed was much better than all the other $100 courses in the valley.
Course is well taken care of and in great shape.
Played a round with my wife and two friends. Course is in great shape and very well maintained. Pace of play was good. No bare spots anywhere, and the greens are awesome. There’s soapy water in all the ball washers. Cart paths and carts are in great shape. Had a great time.
Sunland Village
Was a great day to play on a great golf course. Highly recommend it.
Needs Improvement
The pace of play was really slow. If you didn't hit the fairway you had to hunt for your ball because the grass was so long.
Great Day in the Sun!
Our foursome had a very enjoyable round of golf. The course was in great shape and played as advertised.. Looking forward to a future round at Sunland Village!
Hidden gem
This is a short par 62 course that is well kept and offers lots of shade for the hotter months. The pro shop people are very nice/professional and they offer excellent food. Working on your irons/short game? This is truly a hidden gem..
Excellent course!!!
The course and practice facilities are fantastic!!! It is one of the best Exectiutive Golf Courses we've played . We would highly recommend Sunland Golf Course and their onsite restaurant, Rochester's. The food is great and they make the best Beef Dips in town.

Great for driver accuracy & short game
Always a challenging round. Old growth trees nice for shade, but force you to drive where you planned, or you're forced to try a low. % trick shot, or take your penalty & lay up. Greens always a bit different each round, & it's a great test of being accurate on your. short game distance. 3 of my 4 holes in one came here with the 4th 2/30's over the hole but late afternoon & the direction of the grass held the ball out~. Though a father's greatest golf gift is sharing a hole in one on a different hole with both my sons. Cancer brought me there, but love of the course has kept me coming back for 20+ years. Always #1 choice for me. Anywhere from 60 to 72 after a long hiatus, shows this course is always a challenge.
Great little gem!
I love this little gem! I come to Sunland a couple times a month to work on my short game and play a quick round. Course is fun and the staff is awesome! No better value in the valley!
