About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

Short and sweet!
Beautiful conditions with a fun layout. Not sure how pace is on a busy day but I had no problems with tee off at 8:15.
Excellent executive course
Played this course for the first time. It was in great shape considering the toll the summer heat puts on a course. It's a very nice layout. Not your typical executive course with parallel fairways and every hole looking the same. This course has nice variation among the holes. It does provide some challenges. The staff was super nice, and we played in just over 2 hours. It's a very clean facility which is nice to see. Definitely worth the money.
GREAT COURSE!
Ok i have played this course off and on over the last 20 year's. I can say i have never been disappointed regarding course and course conditions. I read a lot of reviews before I book a course these days and it saved me personally from a disappointing experience or at least i hope and so i write this to assure you this is one of the best kept courses in the east valley. Yes it's short but for me the water hazards can really play on the brain so hence challenging so don't let the yardage fool you. It's great for beginners or to sharpen your game. The upgrades are great and the course is updated glad to see they take pride in their course. Would be nice to see water on the course this time of year and some beverage options outside of the bar but hey I'd much rather see the rates where they are on such a well kept gem. I did like today especially because even the landscapers moved and turned off the mowers while i teed off and waited till i was done to resume, even got some waves from them. Pro shop employees and starter great professional attitudes! Rest of the staff outside what i mentioned could be friendlier but they certainly we're not rude. This course is my go to weekly for the quality value and professionalism keeps me coming back and never is a disappointment!
Great Golf Per Dollar Value
I dont think you can find better golf for such reasonable money! $15 for 18 holes was a great deal- the greens were in great shape and fairways were carefully manicured. The tee boxes were The only minor issue- most were great, but 4 were heavily carpeted in soil aeration pellets. Great day of golf overall!
Love this course!
Me and my brother just got back into golf after 10 years we were reluctant to play here but we were so surprised at all the upgrades and changes to the course it is the best place to play in the east valley and a great value for the money! We plan on playing weekly and the scenery is great for this hidden gem.
Great course overall
Greens had been punched last week but youbwould not have known if it wasn’t posted on their website. Greens were a bit shaggy but rolled nicely. Some brown spots on fairways but overall in great shape. My kids were treated well from the pro shop. Will be back for sure

This course offers great value! Anyone that is wanting a fun affordable round of golf should play a round here! Always a great time!
