About
Unlike many other courses in Phoenix, the course at the Toka Sticks Golf Club was not done in a traditional desert-style. It is known amongst locals for having very fast greens, many of which are elevated. The old Toka Sticks course was originally a nine-hole course built in 1945 but in addition to making it an 18-hole, championship course, it has had many renovations in the years since to make it a more challenging and interesting course. There are stately trees present on the course call for straight shots in order to reach the narrow fairways. Two lakes are situated on the course that create water hazards that come into play on sever holes. There are also several well-placed sand bunkers throughout. Toka Stick Golf Club also offers a short game area, a putting green and a driving range.

Toka sticks.
First green way a little rough. The rest of course in really good shape. Will play there again.
Golf carts could be cleaner. Restaurant appeared to be closed when we finished our round at 5pm.
Rates have increased too much in the past 2-3 years.
Always in great condition
Course is in top notch condition. Tee boxes, fairways, greens very good. Pace of play 3.5 hrs. Staff, drink cart lady and check in people are very friendly and helpful. All the property is well maintained. Only compliant a couple bunkers need more sand. Other course should take a lesson from Toka on how to maintain their courses. Thanks, Toka Sticks.
Never again
The worst course I played in the area. Payed 115 $ worth 25$. A cheek, dirty, slow and scruffy. Spend your money somewhere else this course doesn‘t deserve it.
Never ever again
have played the place the first and the last time. absolute impertinence 115$ for a unkempt and dirty, bad place. 25$ would be absolutely enough for that. by far the worst course I ever played in the entire area.
Would play again
We had a foursome booked at noon on a Friday. Fairways and greens in wonderful shape. We would definitely return to Toka Sticks.
Course in great shape
Everything was in really good shape and a fun layout. Pace of play was good, 4 hour round, mid-morning on a holiday. Greens were smooth and very fast!
