The Encanto Nine Golf Course lies to the west of Encanto Park, and offers an executive-length golf course perfect for anyone who seeks a fast-and-loose round, with tee times passed out first-come-first-served. About an hour and a half is usually all it takes to play through the golf course.
The Encanto Nine Golf Course sits in the heart of Phoenix, and claims the honor of being the third-oldest golf course in Arizona and features a casual vibe, perhaps due in part to the foliage. Abundant natural palms line the golf course, and between them golfers can catch beautiful glimpses of downtown Phoenix. The course was designed by William P. Bell.

Love the Fairways
The fairways are green and lush. Out side the fairways are a little hard but manageable. I love golfing there to help me with my short game.
Always a great day to be golfing
Course was in nice shape, especially for the cost at this time of year in Arizona. Greens probably could've been faster, and I would have liked the chance to hit a few balls, but the driving range is only accessible from the 18 hole course. Pace of play could have been better, but for walking it really wasn't an issue, and every one was extremely cordial and laid back.
Well Kept
We enjoyed our round at Encanto 9. Laid back atmosphere. Tees/Fairways/Greens were all in great condition (especially after rains)
Nice Walk
Encanto 9 was a really nice course and a great value if you like to walk. We have played 6 other 9 hole courses in our 2 weeks here and I liked Encanto the best

For the price and 9 holes, great course, greens were fast, giving it a 4 because the course was wet.
