Continental Golf Course

This is a good course to play for a quick round. The layout is fairly straightforward. A couple of fun holes, great course to hit with the boys before going off for hole 19.

Course is well maintained. For the price and ease of play, one of the best in the phoenix area. Staff is very friendly also.

Had very early tee time which helped to get out early and not stuck behind someone all day. Lots of tee boxes on back 9 under maintenance which cause for many holes to be same distance.

Played after 4pm, went to place drink in golf cart and the whole top came off!! Greens were ruff divets looked like a war zone, crab grass weeds all around the edge, grass growing in the sand. Back 9 was barely playable and GN had no notice about 7 of the holes you have to play from temp tee areas!

I guess the fee of $25 was a fitting amount for more than just a 4pm ish tee time

Had a fun round at this executive course. A few tee boxes on the back nine were under repair, but the friendly staff made that clear as they gifted me with 2 cold water bottles and a bag of ice.

I'll most definitely return to this course when the tee boxes are ready!!

I took my son and his friend whom had little to no experience playing golf. The staff was accommodating and very kind. We felt welcomed and not rushed at this course for some new golfers.

This is a solid course for what you pay. I like that they have a grass driving range. Greens were decent. The only negative is there are a lot of dead fish and trash out there right now from the recent storm that flooded the ponds. It looked like grounds crew was out there cleaning stuff up but hadn’t gotten to that yet. I’ve played this course a few times though and always have a good time. Nothing spectacular, but good practice and chill time with the boys.

First off mistakes can and are made, we are human. It’s not so much the mistake but how it is handled. Allow me to say that Continental Golf course made a mistake, and handled it professionally. After my experience, I feel like my scathing review was a bit too harsh. Sorry I was upset, as most would be in my situation. My review is this: although the tee boxes need attention, the course is both well maintained and challenging to play. The clubhouse is well stocked and friendly. They care for the people who play this course. So get a tee time booked with them and see for yourself, it’s a cool course to play tucked in Scottsdale.

Played continental today for the first time. Overall it’s what you’d expect out of a municipal course. Tee boxes need work, fairways were alright, wasn’t much staff to get in touch with. Pace of play was slow given the amount of par 3s throughout the course. For $56 in the summer time I think you can play a lot nicer courses for less.

We signed up for night golf, upon making the reservation they asked for a card to hold our reservation. The following Monday I found that they charged my debit card for $580.00 for 9 holes and a meal. When I contacted the GM about the charge it went to voicemail. I sent a email with no reply. I called again leaving message no reply. I contacted the corporate office in Dallas which did return my call to direct my complaint to the appropriate person. I’m waiting for contact from them. I feel like they disregard my complaint and show no signs of resolution from the management. The course has some condition issues but nothing near the issues with management and fraudulent charges. I wasn’t notified nor did I get a response or a receipt for the charges.

I played the back 9 early morning to beat the heat. The fee included a cart and breakfast after the round. Conditions were good, with exception of a few tee boxes, which were very lumpy and offered few spots for a good stance. I liked the sloped greens. Good challenge for dialing in my "reads". Overall, enjoyable way to work on irons, short game and putting, and it was only 96 degrees when I finished.
